Lovely 2-bedroom condo in Sosua, with private outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, guest-friendly and less than 1km from the center of Sosua.

The condo is located on the second floor of a 2-floor building: the ground floor has another similar condo and is available for rent too. Larger group can rent the entire building (each condos have separate entrances).

The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, is fully furnished and has a fully-equipped kitchen. It has cable TV and Wi-fi. There is no A/C because the place is very ventilated (but, if needed, other units have A/C). The jacuzzi on the terrace is entirely private and not shared with the other residents. You also get complimentary full access to the large swimming pool of the adjacent residence.

The residence is gated and secured, with private parking, and less than 1 km from El Batey (the center of Sosua). All charges are included in the low daily rental rate, also electricity!

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody anytime at no extra fee, respecting the maximum occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
