The Space:

A single estate built around its pool. Five suites face the water, each with its own bath, king bed, and door that opens to the courtyard. The sixth, the master, pulls back into the house, quieter, more private.



The pool is the room everyone returns to. Its infinity edge curves inward, and a jacuzzi sits within the water itself, chair-level, with jets built in. Sun loungers wait along the tile.



Two dining tables. One inside under vaulted ceilings, one outside under an open roof. Both seat twelve. The kitchen is full-scale, six burners, marble counters, two sinks. Set for cooking with a chef on the days you'd rather not lift a finger.



Parking for four vehicles. Outdoor shower by the pool. Garden walks lined with hibiscus and palm.



Guest Access:

The entire estate is yours. No shared spaces.



Arrival begins at Casa Linda's main gate, open 24 hours, watched by community security. You sign the standard community rules at the office a short formality and our team meets you there. We walk you to the villa, hand over the keys, and leave you to it.



Come at any hour. If the suite is ready when you arrive, you go straight in, no waiting on a fixed time. Late flight ? Same answer.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Linda sits in the hills above Sosúa, a private gated community of villas tucked into tropical vegetation. Streets are quiet. Security stays on the gate around the clock.



Five minutes to Playa Sosúa. Ten to Cabarete. The town center is close enough for groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies, far enough to feel apart from it.



Getting Around:

Fifteen minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP).



When a car suits your stay, we put one at your disposal. Waiting for you at arrivals, keys in hand as you walk out of the terminal, or quietly parked at the villa, whichever you prefer. No counters. No paperwork. No deposits at the airport.



When you'd rather not drive, our private driver moves with you. Airport pickups. Beach runs. Dinner reservations. Late nights into Cabarete. The car shows up when you ask, leaves when you're done.



Other Things to Note:

The villa is the start. Everything else is on request.



Property investment. If the island catches you, we help you stay. We work with select buyers exploring villas, land, and seller-financed acquisitions across Casa Linda, Sosúa, and Cabarete. Ask, and we'll arrange the conversation.



Private chef. Your kitchen becomes a restaurant. Caribbean, Italian, French, or whatever your table asks for. Menus discussed in advance.
