The apartment was fantastic. Clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. We liked the complex was in a quiet part of Cabarete Beach but also just a short walk to Kite Beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. The pool area at the complex was large and well taken care of. Lots of lounge chairs and a small bar for drinks and food. Luis, was always available when I had questions or needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again!

The unit is in a nice location in the complex and has a full set of high-end amenities that provides a wide set of comfortable accommodations. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is an understatement as to its beautiful top floor location with ocean view. Contemporary tule and flair! You will not be disappointed! Come check out this amazing property and the amazing people of the Dominican Republic !

Very nice condo with great views. Everything you need is there.

Enjoyed staying at this condo..the air did not work in the main area, but was fixed promptly. The air in the second bedroom never worked, so it was pretty warm in that room. There was an ant problem on the counter and stove, i just continuously sprayed them with windex..which this is common in the tropics. I would suggest a diffuser and a couple oils to keep available for the musty smell..I had my own. I also had to wash the sheets the second night..they smelled of mildew..Overrall i would stay here again!

So close to 5 star!

Great location on a kitesurf beach in well managed condo block....the owner is also very helpful and responds very quickly to any problems....only downsides, and to me, easy to rectify are.....no cleaning included in rental price....and altough app is only a few years old it i's typically built to dom rep standards and is in need of some T L C....our hot water failed and was quickly restored however only back to dom rep standards.it has been allowed to get a little tired with very little effort become a 5star condo.....rental price is too high for its present condition and no cleaning service..

Condo was Not as advertised

Pros: ‱ We felt very safe in the complex. ‱ Complex was ON the beach, beautiful well kept grounds, beach and pool. ‱ There are two (2) cabanas with 2 lounge chairs at the beach entrance. ‱ Full time residents were very friendly and helpful with restaurant / site seeing ideas. ‱ Complex staff was friendly, WHEN you could find them, but were never able to fix anything. ‱ Condo interior was as described & photographed. Cons: ‱ Ocean views are substantially obstructed (about 95%) and not as pictured in the advertisement due to palm tree tops in this 4th floor/penthouse condo. The advertisement photos seem to have been taken when this building was new, many years ago. See photos taken on 1/1/17. ‱ The elevator was out of service for 9 out of our 10 days stay, full time residents stated that this has been a problem for years. ‱ Wireless Internet service in the condo was down for 7 days - it took an act of congress to get a service tech out to fix the problem. ‱ Water leaks from the ceiling/light fixtures in both the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (large puddles of water). I slipped and injured my knee on the wet tiles. ‱ Shower water was NEVER hot, water heater had been turned down and the valve handle removed. There are 4 buildings to the complex. This condo is in the original building (oldest of the 4), we would advise staying in one of the newer buildings. We contacted the owner during and after our stay and attempted to come up with a reasonable adjustment to the rental amount, but were promptly denied. Owner stated this is not a hotel and we should not expect services as a hotel as these things were beyond his control. He did offer on the 8th day to let us stay in another of his units, but were told there were no openings. Reportedly the owner was the original developer, and as such we would not stay in one of these units again.

Even better than the pictures

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony was where we lived while not on the beach. It was really smart of the owners to have a grill on the balcony. Everything was clean, the staff helpful. Best proximity to the town. Close, but not too close. Overall, I would definitely recommend for couples and families.
