Location great near Notre Dame, breakfast fine…. But the choice of lighting inside our room was AWFUL. The entire space has awful white/blue lighting/bulbs that made it feel cold and uninviting. Not a “warm” light in the place…combined with stark blue green and brownish paint, it was almost unbearable. Hence, we could barely stand to be in the room. You folks need a new decorator! Other than that, it was clean enough etc. but I would never choose to stay here again.

Ok overall. Breakfast was poor needs big upgrade-eggs fake and coffee was terrible brown water with coffee mate (terrible) for cream. Outside building/grounds were dingy but inside rooms were clean and staff nice. I would go back.

I dont like the 100.00 refundable deposit, but i understand why they do it. The room was clean and updated. The breakfast is very basic. Dont get room 101 or your head is right across the wall from the outside door and it will startle you out of a sound sleep.

Really friendly staff and super easy check-in. Loved that we could add another night last minute with no problem. Room was freshly renovated and clean. There was some construction down the hall, but it wasn’t loud—just had to walk through it to get to the car. Breakfast was way better than expected (fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, sausage—all good!). The location was awesome—could’ve walked to the stadium faster than driving with game-day traffic. Shuttle was a nice bonus too. Great value for a football weekend—would definitely stay again!

Would Definitely Stay Again

Our room was spacious and clean. It has obviously been renovated, recently. Bathroom was good, as well, with a separate toilet and shower room from the sink, which we both liked. Also, we liked the shower only instead of the tub/shower combination. Staff was friendly and helpful.
