Beautiful 10 acres home on St Joseph River

Beautiful home on 10 acres on River. All the comforts of home plus many extras. Sit in the spacious living room or on large deck overlooking the St Joe river. I provide snacks and some breakfast items. The master bedroom also has an entrance onto deck. The basement has a full kitchen as well as a pool table and a large TV. Come enjoy 10 acres on the beautiful St Joseph river. We are directly across from St Pats Park. You can easily get to ND campus. I also have a friend within close walking distance of campus where you can park car.

Our stay at Paula’s was one of my best home rental experiences. Her home is gorgeous and has a beautiful view. It’s close to town without being in the hustle and bustle of south bend. She took great care of us during our stay and was very communicative leading up to and during our time there. If ever in south bend again, I would love to stay here!

Lovely riverside setting.

Beautiful home, lovely property on the river. We would stay here again if we are in South Bend for an occasion. Marvelous host who provided extras such as breakfast items, chilled beverages, chocolates, essential toiletries! Much appreciated. The home was very neat and tidy. We enjoyed viewing the river, various birds and wildlife. Great deck overlooking the water.

ND vs USC Football weekend

Beautiful cozy home located on the river. The home had all the accommodations we needed. View of the river and trees with fall leaves was exceptional. The hostess was very attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. She went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Property

Right on the river with a huge front yard
lots of wild life. Fifteen minutes to ND. The house was well stocked and manager was quick to reply. Only complaint I should have checked bed configuration. Five of us stayed and one son was on the couch.

Notre Dame trip

We went to SouthBend to attend a Notre Dame football game and stayed at Paula’s beautiful home on 10 acres. Everything was wonderful. Paula was such a gracious host. Her home was well appointed with everything you can need. Nothing was forgotten. Paula even left us goodies, breakfast foods, drinks. If you forget anything no worries because she will have it for you! The weather wasn’t great so she made sure she left us blankets for the game and even clear bags in case we forgot them. Her house is lovely. Warm and welcoming. And the setting is as stunning. On the river with birds everywhere and deer in the woods. Just so peaceful. The drive to Notre Dame was easy. About 15 min away. The beds comfortable and the house spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come to the area again. Thank you Paula!

Enjoyed our stay! Home is very nice with a great view of the St. Joe river and a very large yard. Very peaceful location. Host provided coffee cake, snacks and many very nice touches. Would highly recommend home and host. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful Football Weekend - Go Irish!

Paula's riverfront home was the perfect spot for our family's weekend visit with our daughter and to take in a ND football game. The pool table and tv in the basement kept the kids entertained while Grandpa enjoyed his coffee upstairs watching the river drift by. What a wonderfully relaxing respite. Paula was a gracious host, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful as we planned our visit. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Paula!

Look No Further!

We visited with family and couldn’t have been happier! The host were fantastic and super responsive. The River view is one you can’t beat. I highly recommend staying here and no my family and I now have a go to spot when visiting South Bend.
