Staff was friendly. Our first room was in horrible condition so we asked for a different room. Staff moved us to another room where the light switch didn’t work and it had a fish smell. When the smell was mentioned we were told it was paint. The smell was overwhelming. Bathroom was not very clean and our bed sheets had stains on them.

Seems like reviews are bashing this place. We only stayed after a Notre dame game and left first thing in morning. However easy check in, clean quite for most part. Close to campus. We didn’t experience anything that would cause us not to return. Price was very high but all places on game day are, so whatever.

Old hotel that needs upgrades to rooms. Exterior feels dark and unsafe. Entry way is ok. Nasty carpet in hallways and doors don’t feel secure (though they were currently upgrading the door knob’s/locks).

There were bugs everywhere there was fecal matter in the bathroom. There was trash left in the room. It was disgusting. We would never return.

The air conditioning did not cool the room or take out any humidity. The microwave just about started a fire when we tried to use. The room was celan but bathroom needed more attention. When we got there, the tub and sink had hair in it and I had to kill a few bugs

Not the best but not the worst

Booked a king size room and was given 2 doubles. Water pressure in shower was subpar. Weird, musty smell throughout hotel. Came down for free breakfast and staff had already put food away before serving time was over.
