I was disappointed in this hotel, especially after reading the glowing reviews. The hotel is just....tired. Floors are in bad shape in areas. They were cupped between the beds in my room. The shower walls hadn't been cleaned in a while and were dirty. It was 90 degrees outside and no one bothered to turn on the air conditioner, so the room was hot and steamy. Finally, the check-out person in the morning was wearing PJ bottoms and a t-shirt. Not the most professional. This will be my last stay here.

You get what you pay for.

Managment seams to think it’s ok to charge in state residence a $100 cash deposit to stay at this luxury resort. Of which they conveniently forgot to return. After my request for the return they had to perform a room inspection. FAIL I WONT BE BACK.
