Can't beat the location, space, cleanliness & owner communication for this rental. Would highly recommend if you are traveling to the area. House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner Will was always available for any questions during the booking process and stay itself.

We were in town for our son's wedding. This place gave the whole family rooms of their own and let us all be together under one roof. Spacious and cozy all at once. Was the perfect venue. The bride and girls even ended up getting ready here because the accommodations were so great!

Perfect house for two families

The house was perfect for our two families. Each family has in own floor. The Kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. The house is very nice and perfectly clean, exactly the same as on the pictures. Highly recommends this place!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here with 6 adults and one infant and it was a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful - large, lots of light, well thought out common spaces where we could all sit around together / eat meals together. Beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with A/C, well-decorated, and there are ample bathrooms, great water pressure in showers. Great location, too - close to a couple of the main beaches and a short drive from Main Street. The house also has easy parking. Bill was a great host - was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Beautiful home, amazing trip!

Bill's house is truly amazing! We had 10 people on the trip but felt like we could have fit so many more! The house is spacious and truly has everything you need. We loved the outdoor shower, kitchen, and back patio. It is close to everything that Chatham has to offer. Bill was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us with a few recommendations. We also forgot something at the house and were able to retrieve it from him. We want to come back next year if Bill will have us!

Great stay in South Chatham

The house was great. Size was perfect for our two families. Was nice and clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard area looks like it will be beautiful once the upgrades are complete. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay in Chatham

This was a great property for our extended family. The bedrooms were spacious, and the third floor was great for those who wanted to retire early. The television in the family room on the lower level worked out very well for us, as the living room was available for quiet conversation and reading. The patio was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The hosts were great and attentive to every question, even the most inconsequential. The beaches were a short drive and it was never a problem to get a parking space. We definitely hope to return!

Perfect family place

This place was perfect for a few adult families to stay! It has plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and spacious living room. Everything was clean and the kitchen was modern and great for cooking! Bill was a great host and was able to help us when the key pad battery died. Overall great stay and would definitely look into staying here again!!
