Not worth the

This is not my first time renting. By far this was the worse place. We selected this rental as we were a family of 6. The plan was to make meals. The kitchen was poorly equipped and what we found to use was so filthy we had to wash it before using some items were so gross that we couldn’t use. No dish cloths and only able to run the dishwasher once as we had one soap pod. Both toilets did not flush well and if staying there I recommend wearing shoes at all time the carpets were gross. Certainly felt I my money and our comfort was taken advantage by this rental.

Pretty nice

The property was nice. The house was plenty big enough for six people. It was close proximity to the beach and all the little shops ( not golf cart, close) . However, the back screen came off almost every single time we went into the back yard. Additionally, in the primary en suite, the floor that they put in did not meet the doorway, it was cut too short and jagged. The bedroom carpets need cleaned as well. The rest of the house was clean. We did enjoy the patio in the backyard and the grill.

WORST RENTAL EVER!

House was in total disrepair, smelled and dirty. Peeling wallpaper, blinds falling down, doorknob came off. Doors difficult to lock and unlock to come and go.

Property has been let go since we stayed here a year ago. Nothing done to landscaping. Screen door on back door is falling off. Floor in master bathroom isn’t finished. Food in the couch and under the table. We lost power so we had no a/c. Overall it was okay but expected the house to be a little nicer.

Lovely house

Starting off with appreciation for allowing dogs when it is clear some have allowed disrespect to their carpet. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well, beds were clean and comfortable(one firm, one soft, one medium). The picture window was wonderful withthe changing leaves. It looks like they might be starting to remodel but if this stays in my price range I would.definitely come back again.

Big house. In need of remodeling and deep cleaning.

The house is big with big rooms. Nice new refrigerator. Clean kitchen. The bathrooms were clean, nice towels. The bathroom in the primary has an unfinished floor, the toilet kept running and there is not a real door. The door for the main bathroom is tricky, got locked in, don't recommend closing it all the way. The carpeting throughout the house needs deep cleaning, numerous stains in every room. Big windows haven't been washed in a very long time. Called the 800 number to see if someone could fix the toilet, had a really difficult time understanding the women on the other end. Wish there was someone locally we could have talked to. They did send someone to repair it while we were away, but it went out again. Had a lot of trouble getting the main door to lock. Pretty sure we will never use Vrbo or Vacasa in the future..
