The Midtown Retreat is a newly remodeled South Haven home just 3 blocks from Lake Michigan and 1 block from downtown dining, shops, coffee, ice cream, entertainment, farmers market, and seasonal ice rink. This prime walkable location gives families and groups an easy home base for beach days, downtown nights, the marina, trails, local events, and year-round South Haven fun.

After a day out, unwind in the private hot tub, grill on the patio, gather around the fire pit, or head downstairs to the game room with air hockey and foosball. Outside, guests can enjoy the patio, propane grill, fire pit, outdoor seating, private hot tub, and exterior Ring at entry, making it easy to relax before or after time at the beach or downtown.

Great place to stay with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. One downfall is the dining room light is very dim and hard to read or hang out there. Definitely would stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was even better in person. Perfect spot to enjoy everything South Haven. Anything we wanted just a short walk from the house. Our host (Arron) was a joy to communicate with. Will surely be back to stay in fall. A can't miss location.

This house is HUGE! It was in a great location close to a lot but also on a quiet street. Clean and updated. Host was in communication and had no issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for a few days away with friends in early March. The glassed in front porch was very cozy with a space heater to take the chill out. The hot tub was heated and ready for use. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The downtown shopping area is very close. Highly recommend.

House is clean with plenty of room. The hot tub and games downstairs are a bonus. Right by downtown and beach make this ideal for those who don't want to drive while on vacation. Will be back!!!

Amazing location in South Haven!

We had a wonderful stay for 2 families with little kids! We were so close to downtown South Haven! The house is also a very quick walk to the Kids Corner Park and Beach! Host was super helpful and house was gorgeous! We are planning our trip for next year!
