LIVING AREAS

Outfitted with vaulted ceilings, the living room features a comfy sectional, gas fireplace, and 42in TV. A game room has foosball, gas fireplace, 60in TV, and a wet bar.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the formal dining table for six or the island with seating for five.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a two-sided fireplace, 55in smart TV, and a private balcony. An en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, with an adjacent half bath. The third guest room has a queen bed; a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located right outside the door. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, leather lounge chair, 40in TV, and direct access to the second-floor bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A fifth bedroom offers a queen bed.

OUTDOOR AREA

A deck overlooking the fenced backyard offers a gas grill, two rocking chairs, and alfresco dining for six.

THINGS TO KNOW
Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Tahoe's mild summer weather.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
