The house is located in a beautiful pine filled quiet neighborhood near Meyers. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the Lake with biking right out the bike door. World class mountain biking (Mr. Toads Wild Ride, Corral Trail, etc.)
There is a great grocery store called Liraâs, a 5-minute drive away.
Guests will have private access to the entire home (with the exception of a couple locked closets/cabinets).

Our beautiful 2-story, 4-bedroom home features a bonus room that offers extra sleeping space, making it ideal for large family gatherings or a fun retreat with friends. Enjoy easy access to the lake, hiking, biking trails, and nearby casinos.
The spacious open living room is wonderful for entertaining, complete with a BBQ on the upstairs patio (available seasonally). Unwind in the downstairs hot tub that comfortably seats 7.
The primary bedroom upstairs boasts a king bed and a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms, a room with one double and a bunk bed with two singles, and a cozy movie room with a couch. We canât wait to welcome you!

Home Truths:
- Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, we do not have air conditioning.
- This is a multi level home with stairs outside to access the front door and stairs inside to access the main living area and bedrooms.
- Outdoor furniture may not be available in the winter months (October - May).
- During the winter months, we recommend 4WD.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in additional fines and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Booking Requirements (Douglas County): The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Within 24 hours of booking, you must provide a signed rental agreement, government-issued ID for age verification, and the license plate numbers for all vehicles. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation without a refund.
- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC.
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
- Bear Safety: This is extremely important. NEVER leave food, coolers, or trash in your car. Bears can and will break in, causing significant damage. Always use the provided bear-proof dumpster for all trash and keep vehicle and condo doors locked.
