Heavenly Valley Estate: Hot Tub, Pets

This custom-built property offers room for your entire family. Blessed with four large bedrooms, huge living area, hot tub and loft with pool table and TV, this home can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children. Just a mile from Heavenly and El Dorado Beach, and a quick jaunt to Bijou Park for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. Bring the whole family, this home is dog friendly.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total.

The layout of the bedrooms of this home:
Primary Bedroom: 1 king & sofa sleeper (futon)
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the right has 2 queen beds
Bedroom 3: The first bedroom on the right has 2 full beds
Bedroom 4: The first bedroom on the left has a king bed, French doors that open to the deck, and an attached bathroom

There is room for a maximum of 5 cars, 3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway.

Centrally located just one mile to Heavenly or El Dorado Beach. The entire family will love the location. Just past your private hot tub is the gateway to Bijou Park. Enjoy snow shoeing, cross country skiing, or just building a snow man in the winter. Or take in a relaxing walk during the summer or the challenge of disc golf or the skate park. Every activity Tahoe has to offer is just a walk, ride, or short drive away. This home designed for gracious Tahoe living.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

This home does not have air conditioning.

Totally recommend.

The property is beautiful and clean. It was a perfect size for 8 adults and 3 children. I would recommend to stay here the communication with the property was clear and response time was in minutes. Close to the casinos and so many more things to do in the Tahoe area.

Invasion of privacy

This property was nice. Plenty of room for our group. On our first night at 9:22pm we are having a good time listening to music and hanging out. We received a text message stating we were too loud snd we needed to be quiet so we didn’t receive a “fine from the city” I was also informed that we had too many people in the home that 12 people were counted. At this point I’m extremely upset. Quiet time is after 10pm and it is 9:22 and are we being watched? Well of course we are considering someone was able to count the number of guests while inside the home. We felt extremely uncomfortable and could not wait to leave, having the feeling of being watched is a very uneasy feeling to have while your on vacation. Also the house is not clean. Shoes are to be removed upon entry which I respect but I don’t expect my feet to be black from the floor that has obviously not been mopped. Under the couch cushions are disgusting and under the kitchen table was cereal which we did not have. The hot tub was murky and probably needs to be drained. I would NOT recommend this property and I WILL NOT be back.

Great location, beautiful home, but allow windows to be opened!!!

The only thing that was disappointing is that my whole family was very uncomfortable at night. Alot of money not to be comfortable. The entire house was to hot at night. The weather was up into the 80s all week and when you cook inside the house in the evenings it heats the house up more! All the windows are labeled "intentionally disabled". No way to open. You can't air the house out or cool it off. It also states "Heat Only" There is no air conditioner. Cooling wouldn't come on. Great for winter, not so sure about the summer. The windows should be able to be opened.

Beautiful home

This was an amazing place to stay, plenty of open space. It's very close to heavenly and even has a dog park close by. The provided amenities were also a plus in case you forget anything. The kitchen had two islands which is perfect for cooking along with the outside grill.

Weekday getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the Rancho Bijou. We were a group of 8 with plenty of space. Everything was super clean and the house had enough tableware for all. The only thing we found frustrating was that the house was listed with spices and specific cookware so we didn't bring. Little things like a cheese grater and salt and pepper. Safeway was just down the road, which is a bonus so luckily we were able to purchase anything we couldn't find within the cabinets. Other than that we have no complaints about this house and will likely rent again. Enjoy!

Great New Years getaway

We had a great time in this spacious cabin. Generous stock of kitchen gear, lots of towels and blankets, good central heating + additional space heaters in every room. Five minute drive to Safeway, Whole Foods, and Heavenly’s California lodge. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a good experience. Road was a little busy but good central location. Had disposal clog but husband took care of it. Probably need to replace for new. Best thing dog friendly and fenced yard. Thank you we had a wonderful stay.
