A private haven of peace, the primary bedroom features an open layout to the attached bathroom and a large personal TV. After thrilling lake days, enjoy unwinding in the jetted tub or walk-in shower. The home's additional bedrooms are just as comfortable with soft linens and plenty of storage space. A second seating area, private washer/dryer, and internet access tie together the interior amenities.

Outside, when you aren't soaking in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, enjoy an alfresco meal on the scenic balcony. Less than 10 miles from your front door, explore Pope Beach, Tallac Historic Site, Lake Tahoe Golf Course, Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena, and Inspiration Point. Thrilling winter recreation opportunities can be achieved in a quick day trip to Kirkwood Mountain Resort or Northstar California Resort, both under 45 miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
This home is a long-term rental with a minimum stay of 30 nights.

Dock details: There is a private dock for guest use. Please be courteous to neighbors as well as any watercraft in the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
