The perfect getaway for a couple or small family, this third-floor lofted studio features an open-concept living space, with an in wall air cooling unit and a cozy fireplace, breakfast balcony, remodeled kitchen and peekaboo glimpses of the lake. As a guest, you’ll have access to village amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub and fitness center.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and up to 1 child under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 4.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Walk into a quaint front hallway, drop your bag on the bench and wave a sweet little wave to yourself in the mirror. Only a few steps into the home & you’ll find yourself in a beautiful, warm, open-concept living room, featuring high-vaulted ceilings, a 58” TV, gas fireplace, and balcony!

Beside the great room is a small kitchen, packed full w/necessities. White granite countertops, muted black and tan accents, and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen has everything you will need to whip up family meals deep basin sink, freezer/fridge, 5-burner electric range, and a vast spice rack.

The bedroom is located upstairs in the loft. 12 steps up from the living space, you’ll find a king bed, 42” smart TV with cable, closet + dresser, and wash sink. The full bathroom is located on the main floor, donning walk-in shower, toilet, sink, white granite countertops, black accents, and a heat lamp.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service.

Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

This unit is updated and clean—lodge building is showing signs of age. Beach access was easy and it is walkable to many great restaurants. Did not use sauna or pools. Kitchen is well stocked but plastic cups would be nice for the beach and a more modern wine opener. The unit is very dark—higher wattage lightbulbs would be an easy fix. Not much seating, one more armchair or a small desk would make the place perfect for longer stays.

Great and cozy location. Booking, follow up communication, and instructions on site and surrounding facilities specifics were a breeze and clear and concise. Pics are not accurate

Pros: walking distance to town, nice renovation of unit, very well appointed, great communication with management. Cons: bed was so hard they had to change it out for us, bathroom is downstairs, UNIT IS VERY DARK, had to have lights on all day, “partial lake view” is through a tree and over a railing, heat/AC is a unit, not central (loud when on)Takeaway: while this unit was very well decorated and equipped, and management did their best to accommodate us with a new mattress, there is no way to fix the fact that sitting in this unit is like sitting in a hole. And sitting on the balcony means looking at a wall (not the see thru mesh as in other buildings), so partial lake view only happens if you’re standing up. I guess if you’re there to ski and it will always be dark when you’re in the unit, it’s great. But if you’re there in the summer months, I strongly suggest one of the buildings right on the lake. In the end, we ate the money and left early and went to a resort with light and air.

Cozy & Perfect!

Wonderful condo in great location, close to everything! Check-in and out was a breeze and communications were easy and prompt. The property was lovely - very clean and super comfortable, we will definitely be staying again in the summer!!

The condo was great. Nice kitchen, clean and pretty well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The garage area was gross. Very dirty and there was a used condom right next to my car. Overall great, except the garage. Also, no luggage cart was a little annoying but not a huge problem.

Relaxing stay in renovated condo close to the beach

Very nice property within a few minutes walk to a private beach (for the complex) Very clean property that has a very nicely renovated bathroom and kitchen. Communication with the host was fantastic, very responsive and always kept us updated on things happening on a very busy 4th of July week. The one key thing to be aware of is that the bedroom is in the loft and the only bathroom is on the main floor. Oddly enough,there is a sink in the loft, but I think the property would have been better off if they would have made the loft closet small and added a toilet too. That being said, its a nice space in a great location with lots of amenities. We will definitely be back to try some of their other properties in the complex.

We have stayed in Lakeland Village for decades and RNR has renewed our commitment. Great renovations, excellent communication, pots and pans you would buy yourself, knives that are sharp, spices, soaps, detergents included all on top of the Lakeland location. A GREAT experience, thank you.

Romantic Get Away

The location was just what we were looking for. We have a view of the lake from the deck and it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed the lake access and also the two pools during the day. The underground parking was very convenient.
