Built in 2006, this home is the cozy Tahoe retreat you're looking for while being over 4000 square feet. Large great room, half bath, and master suite upstairs. Family room, game room, laundry room, five bedrooms, and two full baths downstairs. This home is ready to entertain your family and large groups!

Great setting in a great neighborhood and this home has all the custom bells and whistles of the highest quality Tahoe homes! With forest setting, mountain views, three custom river rock fireplaces, hot tub on rear deck... You'll never want to leave.

Located out of the ''hustle and bustle'' of town but within minutes to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Only ten minutes from Nevada state line for South Lake Tahoe's famous night life & Heavenly ski area. Various lakes, trails, golfing, shopping and dining within minutes drive. Grocery stores and other amenities within 1 mile.

The home has a nice private feel with vacant land across the street. A doctor lives on one side, and a commonly used family cabin on the other. Both are great neighbors and we prioritize making sure our neighbors' "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS: Especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by the county ordinance. Your questions are welcome - let us know if you have any concerns!

Great stay!

Beautiful cabin located in a secure area if you’re traveling with kiddos. The owner is really sweet and makes sure you have a pleasant stay and is easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend this cabin and we would love to come back soon!

Family reunion

Came to Tahoe to have a family reunion and spend some relaxing time near Lake Tahoe. Really enjoyed the layout of the main floor and allowed for everyone to interact and make a lot of meals. Only 1 bedroom was on the main floor and all other rooms were downstairs which was a bit of a shock. The pool table and table tennis was a nice touch and the living room area downstairs was very nice. We also enjoyed the Hot Tub a lot. Overall it was a very nice stay in a quiet and relaxing area!

We had our ‘Cousin’s Vacation’ there and everyone had a great time! Plenty of space to stretch out! Highlights: large dining table and breakfast bar fit everyone, game room with pool table and ping pong, large patio with hot hot tub!

Amazing Property

This property is huge! Definitely a great place to stay if you have a big group. Everything was very clean and welcoming.

Great location

The house was beautiful and a lot bigger in person. Check in process was super easy and the house was super clean. Felt very Homie and very comfortable.

My family stayed at the property while in town for a wedding and had a great time. The house was clean, well appointed and great for a large group to hang out while also having space.
