Buyer Beware - Not As Shown In Listing Images
I will cut straight to the point. The images currently being used for this listing are old, outdated NOT accurate as of 03-10-23. Ask Host for current detailed pictures, AND ask about current conditions/issues. We learned the hard way that we should have done this, because significant issues exist.
The images must be 5+ yrs old. DO NOT reflect the current condition.
We are not trying to be mean/disrespectful. But, we feel like we were mis-led/deceived as to the current poor condition of home. Pics & description made it look clean, bright, up-to-date, remodeled, in great shape. This was sadly not the case! We drove 5 days from Florida arriving (mid-Feb'23) this hoise. We paid upfront for 34 days at: (xxx$$ not allowed to say per vrbo)VRBOs fees, cleaning fees, add. fees, sec. dep. (est. $X,xxx)
We were very disappointed when we entered the property to say the least. This property has significant issues far beyond cleanliness. It has not been taken care of for a long time.

âȘïž Microwave filthy inside/under: Greasy, grime, crumbs.
âȘïž Oven is filthy dirty; not been cleaned in long time. Pots and pans and small appliances filthy, greasy, not cleaned. Inside refrigerator was dirty, mold on bottom of freezer inside.
âȘïž Mold on ceilings of both bathrooms and behind toilet. *cleaner did come back to wipe off. Kitchen blind stained.
âȘïž Refrigerator dented in many places, not as shown. Looks like someone took a golf club to it.
âȘïž Kitchen ceiling light covers are cracked in many places and drooping.
âȘïž Kitchen table wobbles. Shakes in all directions and seems as if it will fall over. Not table shown.
âȘïž Carpets are filthy, stained, visible dirty trackways 1stfloor and 2ndfloor. Unsanitary *they were vacuumed when we arrived, but they need professionally steam-cleaned.
âȘïž Walls need painted: covered with marks, smears, chips , cracks, holes, dirt, stains everywhere.
âȘïž We killed many spiders/bugs. Not sprayed.
âȘïžholes in door, dont close properly; Closet doors broken.
âȘïžFurniture heavily stained on chair/couch, etc.
âȘïžFloor air vents bent, broken; HVAC vents coated in dust.
âȘïžCeilings covered in stains,dirt,grime...all need painted.
âȘïžOreck vacuum bag filled, no replacements, doesnt work.
âȘïž2nd floor toilet no flush; 2nd floor shower doesnt drain.
âȘïžSide door knob broken. Deadbolt to keep closed.
We vacated early/ got refunded for unused nights. No other credit offered.
