Backyard turns into a snowy playground for snowball fights & snowman-building with loved ones. After chilly adventures, soak in the hot tub, and lose yourself in mountain views from the back deck under breathtaking sunsets. The Lake, Heavenly, and State Line are just a 10-minute drive away!

Our home is located in the Montgomery Estates. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with mostly locals that enjoy the Tahoe lifestyle. Walking distance to a popular hiking trail that has many streams and views.
I recommend using Lyft / Uber. Bike and walking/running is good too.
Near Tesla Charging station:
4143 Cedar Ave, South Lake Tahoe 5.2 miles
Occupancy: 8 guests who are 6 years of age and older. Children who are 5 under do not count against occupancy.
If you are traveling in the winter, you will need to make sure that you are equipped to drive up safely. If there is a snow storm, be mindful of possibly having to stay an extra day or arrive a day late per roads being closed. There will be no compensation for power outages per being a result in a uncontrollable situation for the host to rectify. Ask me for weather updates and road news before traveling up.
