Tranquility in the Trees - Hot Tub, Projection TV Theater

Situated among the pines of a quiet neighborhood, this 4BR home features a new hot tub, three balconies, and a conversation terrace beneath an elegant pergola. Full of natural light through picture windows, the home is close to some of Tahoe's greatest outdoor adventures.

You'll know you booked the perfect place the moment you set foot in this magnificent home. The picture windows in the open-concept great room fill the space with natural light while the vaulted wooden ceiling and stone-enclosed fireplace make you feel like you've just stepped into an enchanted treehouse. High-end designer seating paired with Moroccan leather poufs in the meditation corner evoke luxury and tranquility.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an abundance of counter space. The 5-burner gas stove is built into the kitchen island so you never have to choose between cooking and socializing. The farmhouse dining table seats 8. Glass sliders take you from the dining area to the back deck with gas BBQ, comfortable seating, and views of the surrounding pines.

After dinner, gather on the terrace in the backyard or relax in the new hot tub. The slatted pergola offers filtered shade as the sun sets. The media room features a full-wall projection TV and air hockey table.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, private balcony, and luxurious ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. All other bedrooms are downstairs. This home does not have air conditioning.

Spacious home

We enjoyed the location and proximity to town and Heavenly. The rooms were spacious but our group all felt the beds were a little too firm and would recommend a mattress pad if you like a softer sleep. The gas fireplace was cozy and put off great heat! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of equipment to cook with which we enjoyed!

Great for families!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 (all adults). We were impressed with how stocked the house was in general, but especially the kitchen. We used the hot tub, the grill, and the game room during our short stay. We thought it was the perfect house and we would love to come back!

Amazing home

This home was definitely large for our family of 4. We were able to spread out and also have fun playing air hockey. Close enough to town to go do things, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There is a small creek you can float on within walking distance, which would have been good to know before we came since we were only there a couple of nights. Great experience!

Great Get-Away Place

Beautiful home. Nice amenities. Nice location. Couple of issues, but we worked through them. Just wished the outside rails and outdoor furniture would have been wiped down prior to arriving (very dirty). House had big carpenter ants inside that we were battling. Beach chairs and beach umbrella would have been nice to have.

Tahoe vacation

The house was beautiful and very clean! Great location. We went on walks every night in the neighborhood. We did see bears a few times on the street! The hot tub was great! The only thing i would mention is that the master bedroom had no closet and the dresser was so small we couldn’t even use it for anything - drawers are very shallow. I think the owners closet should maybe move to one of the other bedrooms as people definitely want a place to put clothes. We would definitely stay here again!

Since you are not staying at the property, you may not be aware that: the outdoor grill automatic lighter doesn't work (we left matches for next client), the right lightbulb over range is out, there is one cushion on outdoor furniture that is missing, the kitchen scissors are missing, and the outdoor furniture cushions are threadbare. We loved the stay, though. It perfectly met our needs. We may be back.

Very spacious, comfy seating and beds, big kitchen with lots of name brand, clean appliances, a nice grill, and plenty of towels. The hot tub was clean and very nice too. There were also some beach items in the garage that we didn’t notice till we were leaving (life vests, sun shade, blowup kayak). I do wish there were more pans (there were lots of pots) and the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided didn’t seem to clean well (the brand wasn’t shown so I’m not sure what it was). Also, the vacuum didn’t seem to do much, however there were 2 vacuums provided and we only tried one. All in all, it was a great rental with lots of space, in a prime location. Very quiet area.

We loved the open spacious floor plan on the main floor upstairs where we all gathered. The internet worked well and all the options for TV programs were great when we stayed in while it snowed. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the grill! Although the backyard was completely covered in 3 feet of snow, I could tell it would be a great backyard during the summertime to gather around and hang out in! For cleanliness, it was overall really clean (I could smell the cleaner when I first walked into the house) and everything was very tidy. Only thing is I'm not sure if the sheets were washed, as I found a couple small hairs in one of the beds...But would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Also, surprised given the quality of the rental and the cost of the rental that the paper products stocked were of such poor quality. Again, bought our own. These types of things really should be standard. Otherwise, the property was clean, the hot tub and game/projection room were nice amenities and the property management company was very helpful and responsive when a breaker was tripped on a Saturday and they checked in frequently. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

So much space for everyone to chill and have some me-time. The media room was a hit, perfect for movie nights. Loved the comfy couches both upstairs and down. The beds were super cozy, and the whole place felt fresh and stylish. We even enjoyed the hot tub on a chilly October day- the water was clean and relaxing. The host thought of everything, and we had zero complaints. Every morning we woke up and we were like, "wow, this place is amazing!" The open kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out. We'll definitely be back to make more family memories. The hospitality team and host were super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. They really made our stay even better!

We always cook, so the kitchen amenities are very important, and this kitchen was extremely well stocked. Well above and beyond a typical kitchen. We had an issue with the internet service and the company sent out a technician to make sure it was resolved. Everything was clean and communication and check in were excellent.

We loved the roomy hot tub. Everything was clean, so nicely updated and furnished, kitchen was well equipped, bedding was great, so we felt completely at home. Best part was the adults could hang out upstairs in peace while the kids played in the game room downstairs!

Lake Tahoe Family Vacation 2022

This property was just perfect for our family vacation. It was in a great location easy access to Southshore activities and also Camp Richardson. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The outdoor ground patio was a great way to end a perfect day in Tahoe. The house was very clean and in good condition. Plenty of paper supplies and cleaning supplies. Having a washer and dryer with laundry soap was a big plus. Our grandkids loved the air hockey game! Would definitely recommend this home for a great vacation.
