This was our second stay at the Cozy Cabin in the Woods and it was fantastic! Itâs such a great house. The setup is perfect for an extended family gathering with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one on the main floor) and two additional bedrooms with single beds. We once again marveled at the well appointed kitchen which had everything we needed. Perfect spot to visit family who live locally. Weâll absolutely be back!
We had a good time, the house was perfect , yes indeed bring an SUV . The only bad thing was that at arriving the steps front and back have a lot of snow. it was dangerous to get inside the house âŠ
Accommodation was what we needed, but it was farther from the ski mountain (Okemo) than we wanted. The cleanliness of the house could have been better.
When we arrived I noticed the thermostat was set at 56 degrees. A telltale sign someone before us could not get the temperature cool enough. I changed it to 67 degrees. It was apparent the temperature would not cool below 72 degrees on the first floor. I thought perhaps it might be regulated by management. We were not in the house much during hot daytime hours. In the evening we had to wait for temperatures to cool outside so we could run fans we bought near the open screen Windsows. I did not call management because I knew there were no other places for us to stay.
