Beautiful house wonderfully decorated and lovely pool and hot tub, 5 minute walk to the awesome beach! Host is amazing - anything needed at all she jumps on it immediately. Her goal is obviously to see that renters are happy and hassle-free. Top recommendation!

This house was amazing! We had SPI Host helper come in before us and put all our groceries up which made the experience even better. This property has every kitchen utensil and appliance you can think of even Tupperware, coffee machine, croc pot, etc. It’s walking distance to wanna wanna which was important to us. Highly recommend!

Great location and house

A group of friends stayed for 6 night. We lived the location to beach and restaurants. It’s just a short walk to beach and pool was great to hang out in in the afternoon. Plenty of space for all of us, never felt crowded. Beds were very comfortable. Adrianna was super nice and easy to work with, always responded very quickly when we had questions, I would definitely recommend this house.

Great house for family vacation

Host is great and house is as advertised. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, and access to the beach is right around the corner. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Perfect spot for family to enjoy SPI.

Solid rental

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and very close to beach access. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The game/bar room was a fun idea even though we didn't get to utilize it. The furniture and decor were great! There was some rust on the exterior doors which can be expected and didn't impact our stay but did detract from the overall feel.

We had small hiccup with the previous guests garbage, they left it overflowing. My husband did have to clean it up, but we were given a small refund for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great. The house is conveniently located and has everything you could possibly need for a beach stay! we would highly recommend

Best kept secret in SPI!

This is an amazing property with an amazing owner. It was so close to the beach we could easily walk. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We had such a great time in the pool and playing games in the bar. We will for sure stay here again!

B-Day Weekend

The house is super nice and modern. Great host will response immediately. Pool was very convenient and nice wish was a bit deeper (husband and nephew over 6ft) but they enjoyed it. The only thing I have to recommend is about the pool table at the game room there is really no space side to side for you to able to use the cue stick right (space is narrow). But overall great house has everything you need and is more than well stock. Recommend for anyone to rented.

Very accommodating. Everything was what was described and more. Plenty of beach and pool accessories in garage. Plenty foldable chairs and loved that it had a wagon to carry everything in. Master bed super comfortable! Will be going back next year .

Wonderful home

We loved this beach house! Very clean and well stocked beach house made us feel tight at home! The pool and porch areas were great, and so many different areas to hang out inside! I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a large, clean home with a pool close to the beach!

This is an amazing home and the host is wonderful. She was more than helpful and available. We stayed 4 night with 6 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of room. Short walk to the beach. Great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy, private and close to beach access!

This is a lovely and spacious home. The house is very well equipped with and it makes you feel at home. Private and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants makes this a perfect getaway. My family and I are definitely renting this property again in the near future.

Kid friendly beach house

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! We truly appreciated all the child amenities (pack and play, high chair, baby gate, kids dishes) which made packing for our trip so much easier. There was an issue with the AC on check-in and Adriana had someone out within the hour and it was fixed. My boys LOVED the pool and hot tub and we were a 3 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place for our family of 6, very warm hot tub

This was a nice house. We have stayed at SPI rentals properties and this was nicer without all the BS. Master bed was most comfortable VRBO bed we have had. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Owner was very easy to contact.
