Find yourself within a few miles of several popular attractions, or just sit out on your patio and catch glimpses of the lagoon as refreshing sea breezes drift across while you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Inside, discover plenty of plush furnishings alongside well-equipped kitchens brimming with stainless steel appliances and all the accessories and utensils you could ask for! Meet up for meals or gather for board games at the dining tables.
Take your pick from five comfortable bedrooms, keep your laundry under control with the provided washers and dryers, and stream all your favorite channels on the TVs while you cool down in the central air-conditioning.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
