Cheery and spacious, the main living area welcomes you in with plenty of seating and light pouring in showcasing the tiled floors. Surf the cable channels on the flatscreen TV, or make some popcorn and pop in a DVD for a laughter-filled movie night with the whole group.

Grab a local microbrew or two and step out onto the deck and relax as the ocean breeze blows by. Connect to the WiFi and check the forecast before you plan your next outdoor adventure.

The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a convenient breakfast bar, and a microwave to pop some popcorn. Whip up a delicious dish and then enjoy your meal at the island-style glass table while the dishwasher takes care of cleanup.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
