Oceanfront one bedroom condo perfect for a couple getaway!

The Space. Walking into the spacious and cozy one bedroom, one bath condo awaits your views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be in awe of the views from this condo. Two large sliding doors lead you right out to your extra large balcony. This beautifully decorated condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a 2-night getaway to a month long stay. King Size luxury Sleep Number Mattress for the most restful night s sleep. Cable and WiFi also provided to entertain you for those settle back days.

There is a large outdoor pool located on south side of the 3rd floor and on the north side 3rd floor is an adult only large hot tub.

Washers and dryers are provided on each odd level floor for our guest convenience.

Secured, covered parking garage and immediate beach access are just two features that make this resort complex one of the best and convenient.

24/7 Concierge service is provided to our guest. Welcomed greetings and services available for anything you might need throughout your stay with us.

The Neighborhood- Beachside community

Getting Around-South Padre Island is very inviting for simple walks on the beach. There are also bike rentals available as well as golf carts. For short trips, there are taxis and free bus transportation.

PERFECT!!!!!!

Jessica is a perfect host, She left us a welcome bottle of wine it was just the beginning of a perfect stay. The condo was very clean, check in was very easy, and the condo was very nicely stocked with plenty of essentials. The patio has a awesome view and was perfect for a sunrise and relaxing listening to the waves at night. This was my husband and I best vacation. If you are thinking of going to South Padrae Island Texas this is the place to stay.

This condo is perfect for a beachside stay. We left the Chicagoland area looking for sun and ocean and we found what we were looking for. Jessica is a wonderful hostess who is very accessible and a great communicator. We shall return!

South Padre Get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing time. The view of the Gulf was amazing. The condo being close to about everything was perfect for getting out for a quick bite to eat, or checking out something else to do. We will definitely rent this unit again if available.

Perfect Couples Getaway

All around a perfect little getaway! The unit is well taken care of, beautiful view from the balcony. The host has the kitchen well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, and the assorted coffee options were wonderful for our mornings on the balcony! The host provided a list of available food/drink options within walking distance on the beach and surrounding area. All in all, the unit was well suited for our trip with our pups, and we will definitely make this a yearly trip!

Nice location but unit was not properly cleaned prior to rental

Unfortunately for us the stay did not start off well when we realized that the unit was not cleaned properly prior to our stay. In turn we had to clean the bathroom , vacuum, and mop the floors ourselves. Although we appreciate allowing dogs for this rental, it’s imperative that a good and proper clean is done after each rental. In our case that was not exhibited as the floors and rugs were covered in dog hair and other debris. The floors had not been mopped and many of the dishes still had food particles on them. Also it would be nice to have a second key. We asked the building manager but they said there was only one. This meant we had to coordinate our schedules instead of being able to freely access the unit. Overall we had a nice time as the location and access to the beach is great.

Great little condo!!

We stayed a week at this cute little condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The view from the balcony is amazing and we spent many hours enjoying the ocean!! Jessica was so sweet to leave us wine and wine cups for our retirement trip which we thoroughly enjoyed!! The location is perfect, the pool is nice and we met some really great people!! Overall, a great condo with a great view!!

Glad the property has a generator!

This property is in a great location with a great view. Unfortunately The power was out to much of South Texas including Padre Island. Very fortunate that this condominium facility has a generator system!

Greats spot for a great vacation

This was a perfect location for our family to be able to enjoy a great vacation. The condo is right on the beach and with on-site parking, there is no stress whenever you want to just go to the beach. The condo has everything you need for your stay. We where there for a week and had no real need beyond what was provided. We will definitely look at returning to this condo the next time we go to South Padre Island.

Perfect beach getaway!

This is a simply lovely, immaculate property. Very cozy and comfortable with all the well thought amenities. We felt completely relaxed and safe. The beach is just outside the parking garage and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Watching the sunrise each morning was a total joy. We will definitely be returning guests.

Awesome view, great owner!

If you like great views, the convenience of being on the beach and like great ocean water, then this place is for you. Great communication with the owner. If the weather and beach weren’t so awesome, it would be easy to just sit on the huge balcony and enjoy the view and roar of the ocean.
