Fantastic 3 bedroom, sleeps 7, with private, heated pool, steps to the water.

(Permit 2015-710262) You just found the perfect retreat. Master has a king bed, guest room has a trundle bed which can be used separately or together as a king bed, and extra room has a futon and bunk beds. Every room has a TV with streaming services. Private swimming pool, full-sized kitchen, cooking area and grill downstairs. One side of house has 4-hole putting green, other side of house has a small sport court with basketball area. Convertible pool table/ping-pong table, full-size washer and dryer, board games and an alarm system. This lovely house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at SPI.

This home was outstanding. Beautiful inside and out. The utilization of space could not have been any better. My family and I enjoyed all of the amenities. It was very clean and stocked with just about anything you would need. The host was also very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. I hope it’s available next time we head to South Padre Island.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We stayed here for a wonderfully relaxing 5 nights. It had all the amenities needed for a beach/pool/eat/repeat type vacay. Highly recommend getting a golf cart for the course of your stay.

Wonderful and beautiful house!

I have stayed here 3 times over the past 7 years and it never disappoints. It is my families favorite place to stay. Clean and well maintain with a beautiful backyard the kids LOVE! great location and and will be back next summer!

Excellent Choice for a Family Stay

We had such a wonderful time at SPI! Every evening, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the front deck, and the weather couldn’t have been better. The extra amenities were just what we needed. Our grandchildren loved playing golf, basketball, and pool, and they had a blast with the puzzles and games that were tucked away in the closet.The private swimming pool in the yard was definitely utilized! I can’t recommend Courtney's place enough, and I’d absolutely choose it again for our next getaway!

It’s a hit!

The highlight of our stay was the pool! It kept 4 teenagers out of our hair! A short walk to the beach. The house was clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. And the central air was heavenly. After we booked I had questions here and there and Courtney always got back to me . I will definitely tell anyone I know that wants to venture on down there to stay at Courtney’s place!

Incredible place with all the amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for all seven of us. Everything we could possibly imagine there and waiting for us to enjoy. The pool, the putting green the basketball hoop, the pool table and all of the pool and beach toys and chairs
it had it all. The house itself is in a perfect location in my opinion. From the front deck, you can see the bay and the beach was an only about a half mile down the road. it exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely be staying again!

Clean, Quiet South Padre Island Home

Our family (6 of us) enjoyed our stay at this home. It's located on a quiet street, not far from the beach. We had a well-stocked kitchen as far as utensils, dishes, etc, and enjoyed using the charcoal grill. The pool area was very nice, especially on windy days. Plenty of loungers and other chairs. Would have liked a couple of beach chairs to take to the beach with us, though, otherwise plenty of pool toys/noodles, etc. The master bedroom could use a small chest of drawers to put clothes in, since there is not a closet, only a rolling rack to hang clothing on. We were only staying a week, so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very attentive to our needs and answered any questions promptly. We were delayed on our flight down and checked in a day late, she even refunded one night's stay for us, which she wasn't obligated to do. Much appreciated!
