Spacious beach house, perfect for friends or family looking for a perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy the Island sun! Unique in design, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home has many quality features. Downstairs has separate bedroom, living area and kitchen. A private yard blooms with tropical landscaping, and an elegant sparkling pool. One garages runs the length of the house and has been turned into a game room with foosball, pool table and darts. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend all day at the beach! Enjoy the LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT at Gulfside Gathering Place!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

this place is really wonderful the location of the house is perfect, the house has plenty of space and everything you need. the whole family enjoyed everything from the swimming pool. pool table, spacious kitchen, to the outdoor area, we all loved the that house had plenty of restrooms also, we would recommend this place to everyone and would also come back and enjoy this house again.

Lovely Condominium in South Padre

Very nice condominium with all the conveniences less than one block from the beach. Really enjoyed the pool and having chairs, wagons, and umbrellas for the beach.
