Modern Vacation Rental with Rooftop Deck! Water Views!

110 E. Coronado #103 is a fully renovated vacation rental home that accommodates up to 10 guests! The four-story townhouse has 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and features gorgeous interior design and amenities, elegant furniture, and a rooftop deck with ample outdoor seating, PLUS views of the Ocean and Bay! The living room, located on the second floor, is nicely furnished and offers guests ample seating to relax and view the huge flat-screen TV. The kitchen entails granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests will love cooking meals in this fully stocked kitchen. The bar countertop has four barstools for additional eating space. The dining table has seating for 6-8 people.

Three bedrooms are located on the third floor, including the master bedroom. The private master features a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. An attached private bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom provides two full beds and a flat-screen TV. The third sleeping area is an open space and entails two twin trundle beds (4 twin beds total), plus an additional futon. Take the spiral staircase up to a spacious roof-top deck! The deck provides guests with an outdoor bar and lounge area with ample seating for the whole group and delivers amazing tropical views of the island, the Ocean, and the Bay! The fourth bedroom (mother-in-law suite) is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a full-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a private entrance at the back of the townhouse and does not have access to the main portion of the rental from the inside. This is perfect for extended or multiple families or any group looking for a little privacy!

Take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool or head towards the beach for a nice day with your toes in the sand! It's just a 5-minute walk from your door!

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.

Avoid booking here!

We booked this for a family trip to celebrate a few birthdays. Upon arrival, we found the listing to be rather deceiving as well as completely underwhelming. We had a few older family members traveling with us and the amount of stairs they had to conquer was staggering and not mentioned in the listing. Had we known the flights they’d have to endure, would have skipped this listing altogether. This also ties into the mother in law suite that is completely separate from the condo, once again, down the never ending staircases, and not mentioned in the listing. The entire place reeked of mildew. As we entered the bedroom areas to put our stuff down, the bedroom with double beds had live ants crawling all over the one next to the window, this is in addition to the roaches (yes plural) we discovered in the kitchen. Mended the situation ourselves by purchasing ant baits and raid at the Port Isabel HEB. Another issue we had all weekend was with the A/C, it either was faulty or super delayed the entire weekend which was terrible considering we’re still experiencing Texas heat & we’re on the beach. The lowest the A/C got from its initial 78° was 72°. Sleeping was sweaty and uncomfortable. All in all, the place is aesthetically cute but that’s the only pro, but not worth the price being asked for it whatsoever. Beyond displeased with our money and time spent here

Please try to avoid this property

Overall very negative experience. The first day when we got there we did not know the “4th” bedroom is totally separated from the main room and it looks like a remodeled storage room. House looks pretty online but actually dirty across counter top to bed sheets. Mold is obviously everywhere. This is not the worst yet. On the first night, it was raining, and all of us were waked up because every single room was leaking water and one of rooms was literally pulling water in bed. (We have all the photos and videos for the pulling raining.) One family friend’s kid was telling she was like in shower for the whole night! I believe the house is not actually ready for listing and surprisingly it is more expensive than the peers. This house is managed by a company called SPI Rental. The management’s move was very slow but we insisted them to find another property for us for the rest a few days. I doubt they really cared and the whole moving and rate adjustment (they moved us to a smaller place with less bedrooms so some families needed to squeeze together) was extremely slow. Please try to avoid this property and the management company. They really need to know how to do business with customers, especially who travels hours to enjoy the vacation!

Nice but read description carefully

It’s not a 4 bedroom, it does have 4 sleeping areas. One bedroom area is in the main room of the 2nd level. Another is a separate outside room accessed on the opposite side of the building. There was some damage to cabinets and walls. Good location and open roof is a bonus.

The house was very beautiful an more than enough space for 9 of us!! We had so much fun! They even accommodated our early check in due to weather from us having a 10hr drive! Neighbors were awesome as well!! A must come back! How long The only thing was the bouns room was to far away from the rest of the house an it doesn’t explains that in the listening!

Very nice place

The house is exactly as pictured. Very aesthetically pleasing. It had plenty of things that we needed. It was spacious and the rooftop was a nice addition to have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is a complex shared pool. There are stairs that you’ll need to go up in order to get to the main floor of the house.

The house at first glance appeared good but the furniture was old; the two full beds were very squeaky. The tv in the room was for dvd only and that was not mentioned in the rental paperwork. There was no broom so we did go and buy one so we could use. The furniture on the roof was torn but we did not spend much time there. There were two roaches in the silverware drawer, and we did end up killing both of them. The house could have used more pots and pans; it was very limited it this area. The mother-in-law suite also could have used some updates. The water flow was not that great. The location was good, it was only a block away from the beach. The garage was also very useful to have.

Good overall condo for family. TVs were challenging to figure out but eventually we figured it out. Woke up on our last day to ceiling leak dripping on my sons bed :/ Spoke with office about the leak.. days later the manager got back with us by phone and didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience other than just saying someone would go out n check it.

We rented the house for 5 family days at the beach. The house was a great location! Walking distance to the beach, a shop on the corner and tons of restaurants near by. The houses is well laid-out and maximizes the space. We had 5 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids snd a baby. There was plenty of room! The house is well kept and clean.

Great Spot!

Loved this location! We were about a block from the beach or a short 3-minute walk. There was a surf/souvenir shop another block away for all your beach needs, a restaurant right around the corner, and a liquor store a few blocks away! Plus walking distance from the sea turtle rescue and the bird/wildlife sanctuary! The location was clean and the beds were comfortable! The "maids quarters" were a little weird and disconnected ( you have to leave the house and go around back to get there and there could have been more furniture in it to make it homier) but fine for our group of couples and friends. Would be harder if you planned on put kids there. The trundle beds worked well but there were no blankets for them and no additional blankets at the location beyond sheets but we made it work. The staff at SPI Rentals is great. We had excellent customer service leading up to and during the stay. I will say the check in process was a bit annoying. We were a group of 30+ year-old friends, not spring breakers, but had to go get these wrist bands that we were told got us into the property. The wristbands were certainly a way that they could confirm our ages but we never needed them and wished we didn't wear them all week just in case. On some reviews there was mention of ants. We did see a couple bugs but nothing crazy or alarming. Beyond that, the property was amazing and we would absolutely stay there or with this rental company again!
