Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and views of the beach. The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds and has an adjoining bathroom. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.  The living room has all new furnishings and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite counter tops, full bar, and stainless steel appliances.  Situated directly on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and then relaxing later on the balcony.

We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

The kitchen sponge holder is very rusty and needs replacing. The unit needs new bed pillows. The wall in the guest bathroom needs to be painted where they patched a hole. The unit needs to upgrade their dishes. There are no baking dishes. They do, however, have a nice set of pots and pans for cooking. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing. It is very old and uncomfortable to sit in. The hinges on the cabinet doors underneath the sink need to be replaced. They are rusted, and if he do not know how to maneuver the hinge, the door does not close. The caulking around the sink by the kitchen faucet needs to be redone. Water drips where there’s no caulking, and sits in the bottom of the cabinet underneath the sink. The overall condominium property is clean and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is very friendly. This was the third time that we have stayed in this unit. I love to take pictures of the sunrise in the morning.

Condo is beautiful and convenient. The condo is beautifully curated with a beach theme without being kitschy. The kitchen had all the amenities and details needed to cook meals for a crowd. Beds and linens are comfortable and pretty. The overall property is well-maintained with very convenient access to the beach. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants without need to move the car on most days. One note: If you are staying soon, the Tennis/pickleball courts are under construction right now but hopefully they will be updated and available soon. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect island getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was convenient for exploring local restaurants and stores and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was great for nights we stayed in and our kids loved the pools. Definitely recommend!

SPI Delight!

The facility and its location are both big positives. Their response to our needs is both professional and timely. The location is filled with items that aren’t typically found in most rentals ie tennis racquets and balls, a high chair and play pen and a fan just in case! This team has gone out of their way to make you visit memorable!

Great value and outstanding time of year.

Property was well maintained, clean, and with the exception of the sliding patio door 100% functional. This was our first VRBO experience, so we didn't have a history to draw from. We thought there would be washing soaps, hair, dish, and clothing. And, not wanting to bring down kitchen stuff, four, oil, etc we had to go to HEB or Walmart (a well stocked store). Apartment was missing some kitchen items like strainers, baking pans, and had the most eclectic set of cooking utensils ever. Overall, we managed, were comfortable, and will consider going back. One nice thing was that the off season was missing crowds, that is a good thing.

What an Amazing view!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The view of the ocean off the porch, to the amazing sunrises over coffee, the pictures do not do this unit justice! Everything from the grocery store to restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, to include the pier where we met our fishing guide! Hosts were amazing very quick to reply to any questions. This was the vacation I needed to unwind and it was everything advertised and more! Highly recommend you stop looking and book here! You won’t be disappointed!

A Wonderful Stay!

Our rental condo was great
well stocked and in a beautiful location. Our hosts were super helpful, especially when the over-the-range microwave decided it had had enough. A temporary counter microwave was in place within 3 hours, which was awesome. We’ll definitely stay again if we venture back to SPI!

We (me, spouse, two children and pet) stayed at the property in June 2024. The property was exactly as pictured except the washer and dryer have been upgraded and are nicer than those in the pictures. The location seemed to be in the center of everything on the island. The other thing not pictured is your front row seat for sunrises over the gulf. The balcony is the perfect place to take in that beautiful sight while enjoying a cup of coffee. The property also contains everything you need for a day on the beach and the owners are very responsive if you have any questions. The only drawback I could mention is that that one of the two elevators at the property was not working for our entire stay (but it still wasn’t a long wait) and sometimes the pool area gets noisy but it is closed at a reasonable time so it does not affect your ability to sleep. Both of those items are minor and outside the owners control. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Fabulous Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Just about everything you need for a great vacation is provided. There are beach chairs, a wagon and cooler to take to the beach. The beach and ocean view was wonderful. I highly recommend this for your vacation and I hope to come back here on our next trip to SPI.
