125 E. Verna Jean is the perfect South Padre Island house to get away from it all! Newly remodeled featuring 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and a private heated pool, this property has everything you need in a vacation rental accommodation! The location is fantastic being less than 1/2 a block from the beach! Rental guests will love the interior of this townhome and also the serene backyard area which features a private pool! This is a great spot to relax and take a dip!

The second floor is tastefully decorated and entails an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen which is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You'll find the second story balcony located off the living room, has excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as ample room for everyone to enjoy a beautiful sunrise!

There are two spacious bedrooms located on the second floor. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. An oversized master bedroom can be found on the ground floor, located next to the pool area. The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed and flat screen tv. The master bathroom which was recently fully remodeled, features a large walk in shower and bath tub. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs as well. This bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk beds with a full size trundle on the bottom.

This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach and within a 1 minute walk to the beach access! This home is located in close walking distance to several of South Padre's retail stores and restaurants, including the famous Wanna Wanna's beach bar!

Best beach house

This house was perfect for our family! It was super close to the beach, great pool, and checked off every box we had! I would easily stay here again!

Nice place but.....

Great place to stay, loved the location of the house. The condo was nice snd spacious. The downfalls were the lumpy mattress in the master bedroom, difficult to get a good night's rest, propane tank was empty and i had to reclean the bathrooms.

Has it all!

Overall we loved this rental. Plenty of space for all. Pool was so clean, gorgeous really
 could’ve been a tad bigger but we still loved it! Definitely close to beach access. Kitchen and upstairs space is beautiful. The master bedroom and bath are amazing and roomy. We were able to park 4 vehicles w no issues. So many positives! Just a few teensy negatives. Doors all need WD-40. Super squeaky, and loud when trying to be quiet. Cut my foot on glass near pool while grilling on day two. Apparently previous renters broke glass and it wasn’t cleaned property. Glad it was me and not the kiddos. Just be aware! Recommendation to agency
downstairs “mud” area needs a small fridge or beverage fridge. Would be nice to just jump inside quickly instead of going All the way upstairs to the kitchen. Again, we were overall pleased w this unit and have already recommended it to friends. And would most definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great location and beautiful home

This is a totally remodeled home with a great location. It's half a block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It has great privacy and it's quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this unit again.

Great place to stay!

We loved the warm pool and the layout of the house. There were plenty of fluffy bath towels and our kids appreciated the wagon and beach toys. I recommend a few more dish cloths and towels for the kitchen, a few coffee filters and salt and pepper to help make it a bit more comfortable for guests, but really not a reason to complain.

We enjoyed our stay at this house and it is the second time we have rented with Spi rentals. The only grump I would say we have is very trivial and not going to stop us from staying with Spi rentals again. The grill didn’t really work and I wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with cooking utensils. Very first world. But the house was beautiful and was very spacious. The pool was on the small side but was very nice on the days we needed a reprieve from the heat. I would absolutely recommend renting from Spi rentals. Any time I had a question before our stay they got back in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great spot for mixed family of 10

We enjoyed our stay in South Padre. We brought my family of 4, my sister's family of 4, as well as our parents. The house offered plenty of space for all of us. It was good because the private pool allowed by boys (ages 9 and 10) to swim downstairs, keeping them out of our hair! There is a beach entrance very close by, an easy walk. The only downsides I noticed: - The home doesn't have a dishwasher. - You do find yourself walking up and down stairs a lot. My dad, who is not strong on his feet, tripped on one of the top steps which were not equal lengths. - Some of the buildout is a little janky. You can tell the home was rehabbed and parts are not very well done. For example, the downstairs path tub water spout rocks back and forth if touched, some lamp shades were broken, and some fans and lights are positioned awkwardly. - The pool was a lot smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Despite those downsides we still had a really great time!

Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time, very easy to check in, house was beautiful just how you see the pictures. The only downside is that the pool is not heated, but the kiddos still managed to get in it for a little while. Other than that we can't complain my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely go back in the future.

I will be back for sure!! If you are with a large group this is your house. There are 5 toliets. 2 jacuzzi bathtubs. 3 showers. The master bath shower is AMAZING. You are only half a block from the beach. I would suggest if you are cooking at the house take some kitchen necessities. I just cant say enough great things about this house. We loved it!!!

Great Location and Value

We stayed at the property at 125 E Verna Jean from August 9-12. There were seven adults and three children. The house easily accommodated everyone. The house is roomy and the five bathrooms were a great help with ten people. The master bed and bath were excellent and provide nice high end finishes. The location is just a short walk across the street from the beach and there are ocean views from the 2nd floor deck that we enjoyed while grilling. We really enjoyed our time and are already talking about doing it again next year. We highly recommend this location and SPI Rentals was great to work with. Thank you SPI Rentals.
