Breathtaking Beach Views and Located directly 25 yards from the beach at South Padre Island. This non-smoking one bedroom, 1 bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, and updated furniture. Fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom. The large furnished balcony is a great place to enjoy the ocean in a more private setting. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This is one of our five beachfront view condos we own at this complex on VrBo.com Listing #4315102, 3499048, 3559240 and 7681790. If this one is booked try our other four.

This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 2-4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a Full size Murphy bed in the living room. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot/keurig, microwave, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. This is second Floor condo with no Elevator the stairs are very easy.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!

Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for us. When we weren't walking on the beach, we were sitting on the patio enjoying the sounds of the surf. Watching the full moon rising over the Gulf was a special treat on our anniversary.

great condo

this condo is so close to the beach that we didn't need our wagon. Good A/C in unit. Will stay again. The only thing that needs to be listed is that no paper products are provided ( paper towels and tissue .. Very minor. Rent this if you want a good condo close to the beach

Nice place to stay for your next vacation

This codo was great. Just like a nice furnished apartment. Right out your door and your at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be staying here next time we visit South Padra Island. This condo is only an hour away from SpaceX if interested.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved this unit. Spotless/beautifully decorated/perfectly stocked with kitchen essentials. We enjoyed both pools and of course the beach. View of beach was perfect. Close to many restaurants. We will go back to this unit again next summer!

S Padre Vacation

The condo was lovely as described. It was updated. Very nicely decorated and clean. All the appliances were updated and worked well. The shower was fantastic! It had a huge rain shower head and the pressure was good! We loved our stay and will be back. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the beach! The only slightly negative thing is how incredibly busy the beach was on the weekend, right by the condo. We solved that problem and drove out to Beach access 6, about 5 miles north of town, where you can take your vehicle and spent our beach time out there. We had a wonderful experience and will be back!

Great Vacation Getaway Spot

I loved the condo! It was just a few steps from the beach. Parking was convenient, and security was constantly making their rounds. I felt safe in the environment. The building itself was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. We utilized the pool and grill. The people around us were friendly. The inside of the condo was very well decorated and felt quite homey. The owners provided detailed instructions of the where and how of the property and were available for all questions we had during the stay. We originally were going to bring our dogs, and we loved that it is dog friendly. I would give this a 12/10! We will be going back there in the future no doubt. I highly recommend!

Our stay here was excellent! The condo was clean and the decor was beautifully beach themed. I was able to bring my small dog which was a plus. The beach was just behind the condo and I could hear and see the waves every time I stepped outside. Walking distance to Clayton's from the beach.

Beautiful! Spectacular! Couldn't ask for better!

From the initial contact to our reluctant departure, Toni and Mario made our stay wonderful. As we opened the door upon arrival, I wanted to tell my family, "Wait! don't put anything down!" What a beautiful space. Everything is super updated in lovely tones of teals/aquas/grays/blues. Clean, fresh, like pages out of a home style magazine. The bed was so cushy, comfy. The bath has a rain shower head that actually still has enough pressure. The kitchen has enough of everything that you don't have to wash every day. And the balcony... wow! I could have stayed out there watching and listening to the waves the whole trip. We were there during Tropical Storm Alberto, which was kind of a bummer (fewer days on the beach, etc.), but this place was a great place to just hang out, play cards, games, watch T.V. or just relax. Toni and Mario thought of everything and made the stay so easy. Thank you!

Amazing condo!!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything in listing is accurate. Very clean and comfy stay. Recommend snatching it up if available for your stay. The owners are very communicative. We didnt have any issues with condo but had some questions and they were quick to reply. The grounds were beautiful also and well secured. If your going to spend a good amout of time at the beach recommend renting chairs. Beach has a nice slope; which is nice for kids to play, but water tends to come all the way up through the day. Chairs keep stuff dry.

Perfect beach condo

The owners were very accommodating for our pet and for letting us check in early! Condo is beautifully decorated and they provided everything we needed for our stay. My fault for not reading what was included in stay- the view to the beach from patio was beautiful. Thank you again !
