Just 22 steps to the beach, this beautifully decorated Sea Vista condominium is consistently ranked by VRBO’s Ranking Metrics as among the island’s Top 10% most desirable units. You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring aliving/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath at beach level and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full travertine bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its ground floor proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and 3 internet enabled digital entertainment centers. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Excellent stay in South Padre

I stayed here with my family for 6 days over the 4yh of July weekend. The property was amazing and my kids really enjoyed the pool, and how easy it was to get to the beach. The kitchen was the MOST well stocked kitchen I've ever had while travelling. It was a great little place

Amazing beach front property

So I normally give good reviews about places but this place was the best place I’ve been to. whoever is reading this review and is debating in staying in this property it’s a must to stay . This will be my to go place to stay when I need to stay out at the island . Best service beautiful view out of a 10 I’ll give it a 20

Would definitely stay again! Nice, clean, and beautifully decorated. Wonderful location! Ed was a perfect host. I just had a couple of questions during our stay and he replied right away. There was a closet full of everything you would want for the beach or pool! Five stars for sure!

Spring Break Family Getaway

We loved this Sea Vista Condo. The location is ideal as it’s right by the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Our children had plenty of room as did we. Spring break was quiet in this location - it was great.

Overall, great property and great location. The condo is “older”, but well maintained. It was a little dirty when we go there, some food still on utensils, but nothing a broom/vacuum could fix. The owners were great. A few problems occurred, but they fixed them as soon as I brought it to their attention. The pool is heated and very nice. Also met some friendly snow birds there who gave us spots to hit up.

Stayed 4 days in December 2024 right before the holidays. Great location, very comfortable, has everything you need. We loved being on the ground floor, right next to the path to the beach. Some trouble getting on the Wi-Fi at the beginning, needed to be reset. Owners extremely responsive and friendly.

Perfect location on the island

We really enjoyed the time there. The location is unbeatable. We loved the heated pool as well. The only thing I wish could be fixed is the back door lock. It does not lock from the outside so if the whole family wants to go to the beach you would either need to leave the back door unlocked or leave from the side door of the building. Not a huge deal though. The view on the first floor is partially blocked by the dunes but the back door / yard gives kids super quick access to the beach.
