Speaking of meals, there will be no need to head out each night to one of the local restaurants, as the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, two coffee makers, a pressure cooker, and ample counter space to prepare favorite recipes with ease. Not to mention, the high-speed WiFi will keep everyone connected if they need to get remote work done or stream movies as the stars come out.
On warm summer days, the hub for fun will be the backyard. Rub in some sunscreen and slip into your favorite bathing suit because your very own sparkling pool awaits in the backyard. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
