Beautiful Front Beach View

Family really enjoyed every day of our stay at this beautiful remodeled apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped, but make sure you bring your own gas grill. SPI rentals no longer rent BBQ grills. I would definitely be staying in again..

The location of this property is great with regards to proximity to the beach and the view is amazing. The property manager was also great to work with. There was also a closet with some extra chairs and toys for the beach. My issue with the rental was the lack of investment in maintaining the property by the owner. I have stayed in 5 different condos in this resort/complex and this unit was by far the most run down yet still at the same price point of the other units. There needs to be an investment into the property to fix a number of issues. You can see outside between the front door and the door jam. The door to the porch was so old and busted that it could only be opened by me. Both toilets would constantly run and we had to keep going back and shaking the handle to stop the water. When you would shower in the main bathroom there was a backflow of sewage gases into the bathroom. The main fridge was old, rusted, and not working. A secondary fridge was brought in and would not seal properly. After having some of our food go bad, we saw the seal was bad so pulled furniture in front of the door to keep it sealed. We couldn't use the kitchen table because it was broken and wobbly. The master bed was really soft from the mattress pad. The trundle bed in the living room was very squeaky and I don't know how it didnt fall apart. The couches were old and not comfortable at all. I would defiantly stay in the complex again and with SPI property but just in a different unit.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

VRBO did not honor their guarantee after we vacated the property after less than 18 hours. The rental management company only refunded my partial payment (I spent $1200 and got nack less than $700). These people falsely advertise this property and scam you out of your money! My husband had to use his rescue inhaler multiple times due to the moldly/mildew smell in the condo. Moldy/Mildew in the vents and A/C. Filthy vents. Stained bedsheets. Rusted door handle on balcony. You can see daylight through the front door lock. Horrible, stale, mildew smell. Moldy/mildew in the showers. Rusted towel hook on the bathroom door. NEVER rent this unit. Avoid renting a unit with SPI Rentals as the property management company. There are better properties in the island. Scam, scam, scam!!

We had a great week at the Saida Towers! Loved the pools / hot tubs / snack bar and other guests. Not to mention location to the beach. Easy location to get in & out of traffic wise. Pet friendly too! Will definitely be back.

Great condo Saida 405!

Great condo for small family of 3. Awesome view of ocean from 4th floor balcony! Very clean and well equipped unit. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Access to beach was superb and Saida I property was well maintained, very clean and staff was very friendly. We will be back next year. Thank you for making our vacation great.

Best things I can say about this unit was the spectacular view and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Let’s start with the kitchen. It was ok but had no dish towels, dish soap or dishwashing soap. It would have been nice if we were told that we needed to provide these. The bathrooms, oh my the bathrooms. Two towels in each, yet the place says it accommodates 6 people. Feel bad for the folks who have to drip dry. On to the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable but it would have been nice to have some sheets that fit. The queen bed in the bedroom had king size pillows with standard size pillow cases and the day bed had a queen size sheets. I mean really, can the owner not afford some decent sheets that fit the bed and pillows. Also in the kitchen there were tiny ants everywhere. The bathrooms sinks stunk really bad. I could go on but what’s the use. I will most certainly NOT be renting this place ever again.

Great view but Condo needs updating and deep cleaning

We have stayed at this complex numerous times and the location and views are great. However, this Condo is old and needs to be refurbished. It is showing signs of being a rental, from the furniture being worn out to the paint on the walls that needs to be replaced and the doors ( front and Back) that hardly work. Bring your own supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and soap and cleaning supplies, because they do not furnish anything. We spent the entire first night cleaning the Condo as the Maid service did a very poor job cleaning this unit. Also bring your own sheets and pillow cases because the ones they supply are worn out and stained, pillow cases do not even fit the pillows. Considering the pandemic, you would think the place should have been spotless and disinfected, but it was not. My advise is to skip this one until they put some effort into taking care of it.

Great location

This property is dated, but well maintained. Everything was very clean and the proximity and view of the beach can’t be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus! The only issues we had were with the bathrooms. The master shower was clogged and would not drain. The guest shower did not have hot water (which was odd because the sink would got hot!). Also, there were several lights throughout the unit so it was pretty dark, especially in the master bath. We did call and email about the issues. Someone came out the same day to address everything. We were told we didn’t need to be there. When we got back, all but one light bulb had been changed, and the hot water was working in the guest bathroom, but the master shower remained clogged. So, it was unusable for our entire trip. Overall, it was a great trip. We managed with one working shower. These are issues that can be easily remedied.

Excellent location!

This condo was exactly what I was looking for. Beach view, easy beach access, and allows dogs! A bonus was the security that was in place. Gave me a little extra peace of mind as I was traveling with my daughter. The grounds were beautiful and kept clean. The apartment itself is exactly as shown and pretty clean. Though it is dated and the furniture and fixtures could use updating. It was still comfortable and the balcony view is why I booked it. I’d definitely rebook this one. You’ll need to bring all your own beach items. Quite a few shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

Perfect for a Christmas at the beach!

We rented this condo in particular because it had the exact amenities that we needed, and the price was right. The kitchen is great- we prepared a huge traditional Christmas dinner and everything we needed was already there. Waking up to the sun rising over the waves and a gentle ocean breeze is so nice. Even more so when you know that everyone back home is shoveling snow! I’ll definitely keep this property in mind for our next visit.

We were happy with the location, view, and balcony. Also the bed was comfortable and living/dining rooms were fine. The kitchen and bathrooms are in dire need of updating, especially adding more light in both bathrooms. But overall, we had a good time.
