beach access on South Padre Island. Sun Dancer #11 features soaring 16-foot
ceilings, high-end remodel finishes completed in May 2023, and a large private
deck with grill and outdoor dining space. Located in the nicest of the
âDancerâ complexes, this second-floor condo offers easy beach access, a
sparkling community pool, and walkable restaurants & beach bars. Please read
all house rules prior to booking
LOCATION â BEACH JUST ACROSS THE STREET
One of the biggest advantages of Sun Dancer #11 is how easy the beach access
is for families.
The public beach entrance sits directly across Gulf Blvd, making trips back
and forth simple whether youâre carrying chairs, coolers, or beach toys. Just
steps to the beach instead.
You are also within walking distance of several popular South Padre spots
including:
âą Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill
âą Claytonâs Beach Bar
âą Bar Louie & Barryâs Beach Bar
This location offers the perfect balance of quick beach access and walkable
dining options without needing to drive everywhere.
THE SPACE
Sun Dancer is considered one of the nicest complexes among the small âDancerâ
properties, and Unit #11 was fully remodeled from top to bottom last year
The remodel included updated materials throughout with quality materials,
creating a bright and comfortable beach retreat.
The living room features dramatic 16-foot ceilings, giving the condo a much
larger and more open feel than most two-bedroom units on the island.
From the living room, step out onto the large private deck, a favorite place
for guests to relax after a day at the beach.
THE DECK â SUNSET & OUTDOOR DINING
Right off the living area is a 10 x 12 foot private deck overlooking the
neighborhood toward the bay.
This outdoor space includes:
âą Higher-end patio furniture
âą Outdoor dining area
âą Gas grill (LP tank not included â please bring your own)
Itâs a perfect place for evening drinks, grilling dinner, or enjoying the
breeze after a long beach day.
As we like to say â itâs always five oâclock at Sun Dancer #11.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during
your stay.

Because the kitchen opens directly to the living area with high ceilings, the
space feels bright and open for gathering after a day at the beach.

Sun Dancer Condos feature a sparkling community pool, perfect for cooling off
after a day at the beach.
Many families enjoy letting the kids burn off the last of their energy here
before heading in for the evening.
PARKING
Two off-street parking spaces are provided with the unit.
Please note that additional guest parking is not available.
Because this is a second-floor unit, stairs are required, but the advantage is
that no one is above you creating noise.
WHATâS INCLUDED
The condo includes:
âą Fresh, Clean linens and bath towels
âą Starter pack of toiletries and toilet paper
âą Basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, and cooking spray
Supplies are not unlimited nor replenished, so guests should plan accordingly
for longer stays.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Important to please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking.
Primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older year round.
This property maintains a strict cancellation policy due to high demand. We
are always happy to answer questions prior to reservation.
We do require a simple digital rental agreement and photo ID verification
prior to check in
As stated, Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and this is not a
reason for a refund if violated.
This is a family-oriented property and not a party place. Please contact us
for off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15; we do extend veteran and active
military discounts. Please inquire.
Sorry, pets are not allowed at Sun Dancer 11.
This property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips, the best
vacation rental management company on south padre island open 7 days a week 9
to 5 with phones answered 24 hours per day, 7 days a week at 2600 Padre Blvd.
