Start your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and spot pelicans passing by. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.

Natural light warms the living room. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Listen to music with the multi-disc CD and tape player as you savor time spent with family and friends. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV.

The primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise while snug beneath the covers. Wind down at the end of the day with a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The primary ensuite has a beautiful granite vanity, a gorgeous tile shower with a safety bar for those needing extra support, and a large walk-in closet with shelving for extra storage.

The cozy guest bedroom features full and twin-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. Additional features include a flat-screen TV, two dressers, one with an attached mirror, a small walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.

Freshen up in the guest bath attached to the guest bedroom. It includes a tub/shower combo with a support bar, a 4-shelf linen closet, a beautiful granite vanity, and plenty of drawers for storing toiletries.

Enjoy the beautiful granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen as you prepare your favorite meals. Stock up the spacious three-shelf pantry with your favorite foods. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, lounge by the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach, and if you so choose, stop for a game of beach volleyball along the way.

Ocean view was great. Unit was clean, could have had a few upgrades. A lot of buildup on faucets, hard to turn them, minimal water pressure. Pool and access to ocean was fabulous. Pool chairs were padded and super comfy!!!

The location was great. It overlooked the beach. It was clean and mostly comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was dark and really cramped. We had to get a small portable light to see better. And parking was so bad. They only allowed 1 parking space. So, if you have more than one vehicle, you would have to park on the street. That was the worst of it. Other than that, it was ok.

Had a Great Time at SPI Suntide II

Here’s a polished version of your VRBO review:We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Suntide II! The location was unbeatable right on the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The condo was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Kitchen was as well stocked with kitchen ware. The only things we thought could make the stay even better would be providing a few pool or beach toys for guests and having beach towels available. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property management did not answer me when I asked if they offered a military discount nor did they help me when I notified them the fridge was not working. We had an issue with somebody damaging a piece of trim on the door and I filed a police report had them arrested, but they still threatened to put me out on the street with my children and made me pay more money in order to stay. As of today, they were threatening to file charges on me when we've already filed charges on another individual. The place needs maintenance work. There was no parking for us and everything is old, dirty, and outdated. I even have pictures of the mold and water damage from the unit. I have never seen such poor Customer Service ever !

Suntide II 203

Condo was beautiful, had all the amenities. Property had a nice pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach. Spring break there were some problems with noise and unauthorized people using the pool. Complex needs better security during spring break. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

South Padre Stay

I loved the location. Check-in process was simple and fast. The condo was VERY clean and the beds were quite comfortable. My only "complaint" would be the water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen that needs to be repaired. It didn't affect our stay, but wasn't pleasant to look at. I would also suggest adding a few items in the kitchen. For example, there were enough pots/pans, plates, and glasses, but they were non-stick and zero plastic spatulas, so it was not convenient to cook breakfast in the morning. I would also suggest adding some plastic cups for kids (heavy glass glasses and tile floors are not a great combination for kids) :-) Overall - we loved it though and would probably choose this location again.

Great location and very clean

We enjoyed our stay. This unit was very well kept. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t need to cook, but the kitchen had the basics. Thankful for the elevator. Parking was limited, so I can’t imagine what it’s like during the busy season. We would stay there again.
