within 2 minutes to the beach (1/4 block). Unit is furnished, with a fully
equipped kitchen and laundry room. Has a swimming pool, hot tub, two queens
and a sofa sleeper. Unit is on the second story with balcony. No elevator on
premises. WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FROM MARCH 1ST TO MARCH 23RD AT A COST OF
$25 FOR ANYONE OVER 10 YRS OF AGE. One dog allowed under 25 pounds with a $75
non-refundable pet fee. Lots of things to do on the island, shopping, fishing,
swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature &
Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The
