Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink, or cook up your favorite meal in our fully stocked upgraded kitchen. When the sun goes down, watch the sunsets or Summer night fireworks just outside your front.

Perfect space for the whole family to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views beach & ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, or comfortable chairs. In the evening relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. Large pantry to fill with your favorite foods. Dining table fits 4 guests comfortably, with additional seats at the bar counter.

In the master bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, while snug under the covers of the king size bed. Ample storage for your belongings in the dressers and closet. Additional amenities are flat screen TV with live cable tv.

The beautiful guest bedroom is roomy and boasts 2 queen size beds. Perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and read a book.

Ocean Vista Towers offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable tv, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, 2 pools (large and kids pool), small cardio room, palapa area and gated parking have been provided for your enjoyment. In the evening unwind in the hot tub as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

We strongly encourage that you purchase adequate trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

The condo was lovely! Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was superb and our balcony view of the Gulf & beach was spectacular! We did lots of walking along the surf and enjoyed shopping, coffee/ice cream shops and wonderful dining nearby. And the weather couldn’t have been better. We will undoubtedly return to South Padre Island!

This condo was just as advertised with everything we needed for our stay. The facilities and grounds were very well maintained including the pet-friendly area which was greatly appreciated. Access in and out was easy and the gated parking was a plus. The Keurig quit working one day and within hours, a new one was delivered to our door. I would highly recommend staying at this condo if you are going to South Padre Island.
