Twin Home #2 /Pool/Near Beach/ Rent 1 or 2 Units

Casa #1 overlooks the pool and it has a well equipped spacious kitchen. The dining table sits eight, the living area is also very spacious. Master suite has a king size bed, a 40” HDTV with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 4 twin beds and a private full bath.

The pool / garden are common areas. Most families prefer to use the pool privately, so guests in Unit #1 and Unit #2 typically take turns using the pool while the other family goes to the beach.

Casa Aventura Unit #2 is a unique and stylish 2 story building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. With its 1600 sq. ft. 2-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The home is located on the north end of the island and is only a short walk the the popular Beach Bars: Wanna Wanna & Clayton`s, (hosting live music on Fridays and Saturdays). The summer fire work display from can be viewed from the pool area every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Perfect Getaway

House was clean. Manager was always quick to respond to messages. Check in and out were very quick and easy. House comes with everything you need. Especially liked the patio with a swimming pool and gas grill. Very short walk to the beach. AC works great. I plan on visiting again and staying here. 👍👍

well appointed home perfect for our family of 6

We had so much fun during our stay. It’s a small kitchen but had everything we needed & more. We appreciated having the extra half bath downstairs. The beds were comfy & clean. The second bedroom had been upgraded to two single bunk beds to our wonderful surprise. Our kids loved playing in the pool and the beach toys came in handy. Also the house is a short walk to the beach so we found it was easier to walk vs. driving and parking on the street. When we come back to SPI, we look forward to staying here again.

Pros & Cons of stay

Pros: Full kitchen with all cooking pans and essentials you should need. Right down the street from the beach. Property manager returns messages well. Close to a lot of places to eat and explore at. Cons: Lots of stairs.. could be an issue for older people. Like my parents. The photos in the listing didn't match the property. For example in the photos it shows the pool area has nice comfy outdoor furniture but that was not the case. It was old, hard furniture. The second bedroom has two pull out twin beds but the room was not big enough to pull both out at the same time. The night we arrived the keypad would not work at all. We had to wait over 30 mins for the owner to come. We had been in the car driving all day so this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. She couldn't get us in so we had to stay in the other condo beside it which ended up being fine but the heat/air was turned off so it was FREEZING only 43 degrees and took all night for the unit to warm up to 70. Made it very uncomfortable. Then, the couple that was checking in our last night was not aware of the change in units so they were trying to get in our unit. We felt like it was not our place &responsibility to tell them about the changes that were made. They should of been made aware before there arrival.

The location of the property was great! Only a block and a half from the beach, close to a small market store, and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Though we liked the house, pool, and amenities the photos need to be updated as there were changes we didn’t expect. All in all though we enjoyed our stay!

Great Beach Getaway

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here during our SPI trip! The house was so clean and spacious and all the extra details really made it special. My young daughter loved the pool and we spent a lot of time out on the patio. The walk to the beach was a few minutes and the beach access point is very close. We are hoping to make a yearly trip to SPI and hope to rebook this property!

Great House

Possibly one of our best stays in our history of visiting SPI. Everything was great. Clean house and super nice inside. The pool was perfect and the area was nice, just less than a block walk to the beach. Going to try and schedule our yearly trip to include this house.
