Your Own Private Pool And Grilling Area!

My street level townhouse is located about 1/2 block from the beach. It features a pool and grilling area within a fenced-in back yard for your private enjoyment. The pool measurement are 10' x 16' and 4' x5' deep
Inside, you will also enjoy its spacious 3 bedrooms. The townhouse sleeps 10 - a queen size bed and bathroom in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds, and the 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. There is also a second bathroom. Also a sofa bed in the living room.. All the bedrooms have flat screen tv's

The living room has plenty of seating (sofa and love seat) perfect for watching the flat screen TV, or simply lounging around and surfing the internet, since the townhouse is WiFi enabled. The open concept townhouse's living room flows right into the dining room with seating for 8

In addition, the townhouse has a full, well appointed kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

Great property. Prime location to the beach while being just far away from the bustle of the main street. Host was easy to reach and prompt with responses. Home was clean, felt safe, spacious, pool was a huge plus, washer/dryer helped keep everything clean. Overall, a highly recommended place.10/10

Perfect place for a get away!

I was absolutely thrilled with this adorable duplex! It was the perfect escape for my daughter and her friends. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! Plus, the charming pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. I can’t wait to experience this place again!

Perfect location!

This was our first visit to South Padre Island and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The pros: it was very convenient, handicap accessible, and was spacious for the whole family. The pool was perfect and the kids enjoyed it. While we didn’t get a chance to BBQ it was nice to have the pits available for our use. The cons: I would have liked for better mattress on the beds new towels and linens and a little more cleanness. It was a little dusty. The host on the other hand was very nice. I wasn’t familiar with the washer and when I messaged him to ask how to use it he called me right away. We really like his attitude of helping us no matter the time of day it was. I would recommend this place and I also think that we would book again on our next visit.

Best South Padre Secret

We loved staying here, this was our second time, the home is nicer that it was the first time, the owner cares about this property and takes care of it. We had a snafu with the water heater and the owner was promptly on it and got it dealt with immediately. So close to the beach and a little bit away from the raging night life so it is great for a family. The pool was great for when we weren't up to going to the beach. I love that there is a backyard and outside shower, it makes it so nice to just roll the beach stuff back there and come back to it with out bringing extra sand inside.

Just BOOK IT

The photos on vrbo are NOT up to date. But in a good way. The place has had some remodeling and it is super NICE. Exceeded our expectations. Was such a good distance from everything and the private pool was the best perk. I was so surprised with the kitchen renovation and how stocked it was. It even had an air fryer. The only negative comment i have is the front room is really hot. But with the door open and the fan it was alright. But maybe a window a/c wouldn't hurt. Other than that 10/10.

If you are planning on cooking your food this is not the place for you. The pool is outdated and chipped but clean and swimable. Towels are sparse we actually had to buy some washcloths and 2 big towels for showering. Other then that it was ok for the price. Price was affordable. We have stayed in many of these and this was the one more affordable and clean and the AC worked great. Owner was very quick to respond and very kind so tht was a plus.
