LaBellaVita 26 Landsborough St SWR

La Bella Vita literally translates to "the beautiful life", and is the ideal family escape - it's a short walk to local Pubs, Clubs, Shops and the magnificent local beaches only the North Coast has to offer.

The property is a Modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom town house in the heart of South West Rocks. Main bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV with a DVD player and an ensuite. The two upstairs rooms have air-conditioning and TV's also. The main bathroom is spacious with a spa bath and separate shower.

The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Nothing like a coffee to start the day fresh, or a dishwasher to ease into total relaxation.

The North facing living area features a 50 inch flat screen television and DVD player and Wi-Fi. A large book, game and DVD library is also available to use. This living area opens on to a superb Alfresco dining area with a Beef Eater BBQ, Bar Fridge and large timber dining table with restaurant quality shade cover. A great place to reflect and unwind after a day out, or to catch up on some reading.

La Bella Vita allows all family members to take time out from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Holiday mode can be activated effortlessly, and all will enjoy a great holiday in the ambience of a chilled back, superb seaside village. It's so good, even the owners holiday there!

The location was very convenient- just a 2 minute walk from South West Rocks town center. The only criticism I had was rain runoff dripping very loudly on the aircon unit outside the main bedroom. But all in all an excellent experience

Great set up for a family. Our two kids were happy with the two single beds in their bedroom. Comfortable beds in the other two rooms although a King size would have suited my wife and me much better. A larger lounge would have also been preferable. Apart from these minor issues, the unit was set up well. Everything required was supplied (apart from the linen that we hired) and the kitchen was functional. We would definitely stay here again. The unit’s location was also very handy for walking to town, beaches and the club.
