This was our 3rd time staying here as we love this place. Love the location and always clean with nice ammenities. However, this time, we had a room where the Heater loudly clicked all night long, causing a horrible nights sleep. There was no one on night shift (understandably so) during off season. So, we were stuck. Called the next morning to report it, and said she would report to the manager and they would call me back. Never received a call. Disappointed that customer satisfaction died at the management level.

Room clean, but no heat!! Just cold air. Only one blanket in room. We were changed to a different room the second night, but heating unit should have been checked out beforehand to make sure in good working order. It is winter, and we froze - hard to sleep when you're cold. Office closed!

We’ve stayed here twice now, very clean, so nice having a kitchen and full size fridge. We ran into some small issues, broken latch on porch door, broken chair back but all addressed kindly and quickly. Views are lovely, linens super clean, staff especially Heather, just OUTSTANDING! We will be back.

This is a very unique boutique hotel on the waterfront. Great spacious rooms with kitchen and large spacious baths. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Very well located to downtown, sweet hotel. We had a king efficiency. Came with a full-sized fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Bed was SO comfortable. Too cold for swimming but pool and area looks very well kept. Nice little pier to walk out on too. A walk into town. 1/22 mile from center of town.

This is a great place to stay. Our room was clean and had everything that we could possibly need. We even enjoyed the private pier while we were visiting. We loved that it was so quiet!

My husband and I stayed there for our 18th Anniversary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We were in room 101 and the view was amazing! High quality furniture and very clean! It would have been nice to be able to see the TV from the couch and be able to open the balcony door all the way as we couldn't because of the couch placement but overall extremely satisfied and will be back! Super nice cleaning ladies as well!

The management staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. We caught a beautiful sunset off our river ride. The little deck was great. Strong water pressure, full-size fridge, ample towels and coffee. Beautiful pool ( closed as it was off season) and private beach. The beds were in good shape, with a pillow top. We did find them too soft for our liking. We also prefer unscented laundry detergent/ fabric softener. That said, I am a little sensitive to scents and picky. Great location.
