Comfortably furnished for 7 to sleep, and the kitchen is fully stocked, so just bring your suitcase and start enjoying your coastal retreat! Sit on the peaceful, side entry patio with coffee in the morning and a cold drink in the evening after a day on the beach. Inside this tastefully updated home, you'll find luxury tile floors that are beautiful, durable, and easy to take care of. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a stunning central work island, and stainless steel appliances. There's also a stylish and easy-to-clean backsplash. You'll love the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, plus an additional closet for extra storage. The ensuite has an upgraded tile shower, dual vanity, and beautiful wall accents. The second and third bedrooms can easily accommodate family and friends. This unit also includes a separate one-car garage to keep your beach toys in, or even rent a golf cart to drive to the pool, restaurants, golf course, park, or marina. Enjoy a short drive to the quaint seaside town of Southport for shopping and more restaurants.

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off-Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am.

Oak Island is known for its golden sand beaches, calming blue waters, friendly community, and proximity to the cities of Southport, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. There are many cute island coffee shops, stores, breweries, and a park that showcases a splash pad for summer fun! With a beautiful Golf Club open to summer travelers and over 100 public water access points, there is an abundance of all things adventurous to do on Oak Island!
If you'd like to keep your fitness routine going while on vacation, you can get an out-of-town Gym pass at Oak Island Recreation Center. Utilize the Rec Center's ample parking, put in at the Kayak ramp, and spend hours kayaking our beautiful marshes. Sit on the lawn and enjoy a night off cooking at our Weekly Friday night "Summer Concert In The Park" with a couple of local food truck options at this family-centric Live Music event. Beach Day takes place in Oak Island on the Friday prior to July 4th and features all-day activities followed by fireworks on the island that evening.
Visit Historic Southport, a seafaring town just five miles from our island, for a bigger nightlife. Southport, at the confluence of the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean, features a variety of different restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. It is one of our favorite places to walk around and check out different food and live music on the weekends. There are free parking options all over town, and you can easily walk to dozens of places while enjoying the breeze from the riverfront and admiring historic homes and general store buildings that date back to the early 1800s. Southport's State Fourth of July Festival is a three-day street fair with artists from all over the state, vendors, and food. It is truly like being in an Andy Griffith episode with the parade and grand finale fireworks show over the river front in Southport.
