Located 1 minute from downtown Sparta, close to local shops and restaurants, river park, hiking, waterfalls, golf, wineries, dispensary, & ski resorts. PET FRIENDLY

2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, & 2 sleeper sofas. Pet Friendly. Mountain Views. 1 minute from downtown. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and state parks

The whole cottage and all grounds. Rented all to one guest at a time.

Parking is super easy on the left-hand side by the cottage.
Check out is by 10 am. All you need to do is lock the door after you leave.

Smoking is prohibited.

No large parties allowed.

Maximum number of adults is 4 plus 3 children. Not to exceed 7 people in total. The penalty for an extra adult above 4 will be charged $120 per night per adult.

Pet fee is $50 for the whole stay up to 2 pets.

Fantastic find

The house is very close to the retail, places to eat, pharmacy, and grocery store. The reason I gave location 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a house that is about 20 yards and shares the driveway. This was not evident in the photos at the time of my booking. This review speaks mostly about pet concerns because the home itself is sweet, well decorated, has comfortable seating, mattress, and a/c. I chose this home for the yard; ability to play fetch; yes, lots of space but my dog does not do well with new people, so if someone showed up at the neighboring house (operates as a small business), then I would need to take my dog inside. I only bring this up in case someone has a situation like mine to be aware of that particular concern. With that said, I was impressed with the decor, easy use of the TV, coffee provided, and the little sweet touches Kasai provides. I would definitely stay here again.

We went the weekend after Hurricane Helene. There was no electric and no hot shower. Which is understandable from the hurricane. The house is beautiful, newly remodeled. But I do not suggest going through this owner. She had told us she would give us a discount for the inconvenience. She also would not refund us but told us we could book a different weekend, but we couldn’t because we were going for a wedding that weekend. I politely asked if we would be considered getting a discount or sometimes back, and she said absolutely since the hurricane messed everything us. It’s been 2 weeks. And we still have not received any discount or money back. She also is horrible with communication. Even before our trip, I had called her to ask a couple questions, I left a voice message and I never received a phone call back. I even texted her and wrote a message on VRBO. Then I accidentally brought home the pack n play sheet we used that belonged to the cottage. She made me return it! So I spent even more outrageous money returning the sheet, so I spent so much money on this cottage and the returning of the sheet. And the least I would like back is the shipping cost. So I don’t recommend this owner. She goes by Kaisa & has multiple properties I believe in Psarta.

Comfy cabin in Sparta!

My family of four was in town for a visit. The description is 100% accurate - the cabin is pretty much brand new inside, and literally a minute or two to downtown sparta. The convenience is amazing, and I really couldn't think of a better place to stay the next time we visit!

Comfy getaway in the NC mountains

This rental was so comfortable. Every room was clean, the dishes were great quality, the living room was pleasant. This home was located about 20 minutes from a Christmas tree farm we take our kids to each year. It was just a couple minutes away from a Food Lion and a few restaurants. The only slight downside was when standing on the lovely front porch you are directly facing a "pregnancy center". No big deal, I was just a little surprised at how close it was to the rental. Our kids loved the little back yard with the firepit. Our 4 year old commented on how nice the rental smelled when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.
