Nestled in the greenery of the Sperlonga hillside, with breathtaking views of the sea and the Pontine Islands, Villa "Romantic Cove" enjoys a completely private location with 360° views of the Bambole beach and the sea. The property extends over two internal floors and three external floors. It features a private entrance and spacious outdoor spaces, including terraces and panoramic views, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. This terraced villa is located within the exclusive Punta Cetarola residential complex, with two reserved parking spaces.
Ideal for those who love tranquility and the pleasure of a sea-view location, just 7 km from the center of Sperlonga and its sandy beaches, as well as the nearby archaeological and tourist sites.
Description: Two-level villa, accommodating up to 6 people. The first floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed with an electrically adjustable headboard to enjoy the view from the sea-view balcony; A bedroom with a door that can be closed with a blackout curtain and accommodates two single sofa beds, and a full bathroom with a separate shower. On the ground floor, connected to the upper floor by a cherry wood spiral staircase, is the living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including an oven, dishwasher, four-burner stove, sofa, satellite TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. The living room's French windows lead directly to the large sea-view terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and a charming shade sail over the dining area. Another completely independent bedroom with a double bed, panoramic window, and air conditioning is located outside the villa. The terrace features a sheltered outdoor shower with hot water, a barbecue, and an outdoor washing machine. The solarium terrace is equipped with sun loungers and an umbrella, and the enclosed, panoramic paved roof can be accessed via a characteristic wooden bridge. The furnishings are thoughtful and refined (iroko parquet and Vietri ceramic tiles). The house is air-conditioned with a heat pump, so you can enjoy it even in the winter, along with the fireplace in the living room.

Great atmosphere and view!

Our family had the chance to spend the most amazing time in Fisherman Cove. It's beauty, the magic of the settings (truly breathtaking views), and the fab house atmosphere and taste, is only matched by the owner's service. The location is also ideal, although a car is advisable. Sperlonga is a great town with the nice beaches. We sincerely recommend this accommodation...

Great place but perhaps some off-season issue

The place itself is outstanding and an amazing location and spectacular view. However several issues that are maybe related to being used off-season. Heating system was not working (but a couple space heaters brought to us). Advertised as WiFi but only by mobile cell coverage and most of the time zero bars, concerning in case of an emergency, as no way to call out. Dishwasher and other minor issues, perhaps from lesser use in off season. Managers of the property very responsive at least.

Great views & very private

Great views en route to and at the property. Very private setting (we rarely saw the neighbours). Property was spotless upon arrival. Angela, the assistant, has the patience of a saint. She was wonderful to deal with. Note: because the property is in a rural location (which adds to its charm and privacy) there are 2 things to be mindful of: 1) it’s a 15 minute drive into Sperlonga so having a rental car is advised (stock up on groceries all at once); and 2) if you use too much power, multiple appliances all at the same time, it’s possible to lose power. This is easily remedied via the control panel behind the main door. Just reset the general power switch. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Grazie Angela!

DO NOT STAY HERE.I am a travel advisor who books clients all over the world, and this was one of the most unacceptable experiences I’ve encountered.My clients contacted me immediately upon arrival because they did not feel safe and chose to leave for a hotel within the hour. The electricity was malfunctioning shutting on and off approximately 20 times within a single hour which made them extremely uncomfortable, especially as their phones would not charge. In a remote location, this is completely unacceptable and unsafe.The condition of the property was also far from what was advertised:One of the “bedrooms” was being used as a storage room and was completely non-functionalThe host attempted to justify this by saying only two guests were listed; however, when a full home is rented, the entire home should be accessible regardless of guest count. In this case, there were actually three guestsRat traps were left in the kitchenDecor throughout the home was damaged, with paper ripped off surfacesOutdoor furniture was broken and unusableThe only positive aspect of the property was the view—and that alone does not make up for the serious issues present.My clients left the property the same day as check-in because they did not feel comfortable staying. They even stated they have stayed in camps that were nicer than this property.The host claims they were not given the opportunity to resolve the situation. Just stay away from here. VRBO gave my clients a refund

Grosse désillusion et vacances gâchées

Malgré une annonce et des photos qui donnent envie, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une résidence éloignée de tout. Véhicule obligatoire pour accéder au 1er village à 15'. (Sperlonga) Site sans réseau téléphonique et wifi qui ne fonctionne pas. Résidence avec piscine et tennis laissés à l'abandon. Une des chambres donnent directement accès sur l'escalier. Attention si somnanbule. 7 eme séjour en Italie : le pire. La prestation est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité. Je déconseille vivement surtout si vacances en famille.

The location, condition of the house and view were all as advertised, however, it just seemed like it wasn't property prepared for our stay. First, I completed the online fast check in but was told that no information was received and had to fill out forms upon arrival. Waste of time.We needed three beds, but only two had linens. Had to call for the linens, which arrived in the evening. We later discovered that two water heaters were not turned on until I searched the house and figured out how to turn them on. Again, this should not have been my responsibility. Later that day, we discovered that all three Air Conditioning units did not work and I had to call a SECOND time. I also mentioned that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from a previous guest and asked if someone could please wash and empty it. The A/C work was done while we were out but upon returning we found that two of the three units worked and the third one STILL did not, nor was the dishwasher emptied. I didn't bother calling a THIRD time because managing a vacation rental is NOT what I want to do while on vacation.
