**The Main House (2BR/1BA)**
Step into the newly renovated main house, featuring an open-concept design perfect for entertaining.
* **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and a variety of seasonings. Includes a fully stocked coffee bar.
* **Living:** Central air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.
* **Bedrooms:** Comfortably sleeps 6 guests. One bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with two queen-sized beds.
* **Outdoor Living:** A beautiful screened-in front porch overlooks the lake and includes a large dining table, a separate lounge area, and a near-by propane grill (propane provided).

**The Bunkhouse (2BR/1BA)**
Located just up the hill, the cozy bunkhouse comfortably sleeps 7 guests.
* **Main Room:** Perfect for kids, with three twin beds, a 42-inch TV, and a kitchenette complete with its own coffee bar and mini-fridge.
* **Bedrooms:** Two additional private bedrooms (one king, one queen) feature sliding doors that open onto the back porch.
* **Amenities:** A laundry room is available for your convenience.

**Outdoor Fun & Games**
* **Game Area:** Below the main house, a covered patio features a game area with ping pong and cornhole.
* **Private Dock:** Your private dock is just steps away, complete with kayaks and paddleboards ready for you to explore the water.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes:
* The Main House
* The Bunkhouse
* The covered game patio
* The private dock and waterfront area

The only exception is a single locked owner`s closet, which is not accessible to guests.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process and give our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. While we will not be present on the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist via phone or message if you have any questions or need anything at all.

-Please be aware that the lake is currently approximately 84% full.

- The refrigerators on the property do not have ice makers. We recommend bringing your own bags of ice for your drinks and coolers.

-The closest convenient store is about 10 mins away.

-Indoor fireplace use not permitted.

You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks or paddleboards is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks or paddleboards and hold owner harmless.

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks or paddleboards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks or paddleboards.

All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
