Guest toilet, double room en suite. 1st floor with 2 double rooms en suite (shower / bath, toilet). Cozy garden with a great pool. Weber grill and cozy dining table under a shady pergola, deck chairs and lounge chairs for chilling out. 1-2 parking spaces in front of the house. In the same house there is only one penthouse apartment with a large balcony, which however has no access to the garden or Pool, so you have the feeling of living in a family house. Satellite TV in all rooms, sound system and internet WiFi.
