TOP LOCATION Downtown & Beach Apartment with PRIVATE PARKING

Comfortable studio apartment for up to 4 persons located 50 meters from the sand beach Bacvice and less than 5 minutes by foot from the old town of Split. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the authentic Split old house and it is ideal for reach all the attractions in town and just few steps away from the most popular Split beach. In front of the apartment, in the courtyard of the property, there is a parking place, included in price.

The accommodation has a main room with a double bed and additional double sofa bed, a kitchen angle and a bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, fridge, small freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and all other necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom is with shower box and sanitary facilities.

Free WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning/heating and LCD TV with international channels are all available in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed meanwhile smoking is permitted only outside the apartment.

Amazing location, host, and experience

the apartment has everything you could possibly need and is walking distance to the main beach and city area, if you absolutely need a taxi it is max 6€ to go anywhere. the area is very safe and as 2 solo female travelers, we felt extremely safe walking at any given time of day. the host is absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and responsive and helps in any way he possibly can. Josko went out of his way to drive us the morning of checkout to where we had to go; the hospitality is so kind and caring and we are super grateful for this experience and hope to visit again soon!

4 Night Stay in June

During a 7 week long Europe trip, this was our best stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Also in a great location near a good beach and walking distance from the main area of Split. Friendly host made this an enjoyable stay.

Perfect!

This place is super cute, super clean, and in a great location. Very close to the beach, and easily walkable to the shops, tours, and restaurants, but also cool, quiet and peaceful. What more could you want?

FĂŒr zwei Personen geeignet, aber

...kein Fenster im Raum, keine Terrasse, kein Mobilar fĂŒr draussen. DafĂŒr aber eine sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und in die Altstadt. FĂŒr vier Personen sicher nicht zu empfehlen.

GemĂŒtlich, sauber und zentral

Wir waren zu dritt (drei MĂ€dels) dort und unser Auto hatte einen Platz direkt vor der TĂŒr. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral trotzdem ruhig und wirklich einen sehr kurzen fussweg zum beliebtesten Strand entfernt. (der meist recht voll ist da er sandig ist). Aber wenn man ein bisschen weiter zu fuss geht hat man die wunderschönen SteinstrĂ€nde auf denen nicht so viel los ist. Nach downtown geht man ca 10-15 min und supermarkt ist auch direkt in der NĂ€he. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einige KĂŒchengerĂ€te und sogar einen Fön. Bei uns gab es sogar einen Sonnenschirm ;) wir haben uns schnell heimisch gefĂŒhlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank
