Summary:

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the heart of Hillyard. This space offers a bright and airy feel with all the comforts of home making it a perfect place to stay while visiting the Spokane area. Updated appliances and modern touches throughout are sure to make for a relaxing and convenient stay. The home is equipped with WiFi and video steaming is available on both of the 55" smart TVs as well as smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry.

Our family friendly home offers a king master bedroom, a queen room, and a bunk room with 2 full beds perfect for traveling with children. Enjoy a BBQ in the privacy of the spacious fenced backyard. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, parks, a golf course, and less than 15 minutes from downtown. Plenty of free off street parking available. BOOK NOW!



Other Things to Note:

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Our stay here was fantastic! The hot tub was amazing after our long drive. The owners were very attentive without being overbearing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Close to groceries, library, parks and public pool. Great place!

Great Little Home!

We had a lovely stay—this rental was perfect for our little family to spend a few days reconnecting with local relatives. The space was just right for what we needed: cozy, functional, and comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking meals in, and the Roku TV was a nice touch for relaxing after busy days.Our toddler especially loved the yard—it was such a treat to have a safe, open space for them to play!The location was convenient for getting around, and once the nearby construction is finished, it’ll be even better. A quick note for other families: the kids’ room is closest to the road, so it was a bit noisy at night, and without room-darkening curtains, we did have some early wake-ups.Overall, it was a great stay and we’d absolutely consider coming back next time we’re in town!

Beautiful & Felt Like Home

My family and I traveled across country from Buffalo to Spokane for my husband’s graduation from Gonzaga University. This was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days. We enjoyed to jacuzzi, watched a movies together and slept so well in the comfy beds! The hosts were amazing and very reliable and the house was very clean! This place is a must stay if you are visiting Spokane with your family or even friends!

We liked the property. However, the front steps and walkway are dangerous as there is no railing at all. The back entrance needs a hand rail also. The back door doesn’t lock. The barbecue grill had problems as the flame is set on low only. We feel these are things that can be fixed so this lovely propertry can be even better. Michael and Fran

Nice place to stay for a few nights

This was a great place to stay for a few nights. We were there during a record heatwave and the wall and room unit ACs struggled at first to keep up with the heat, but pulling the AC in the master away from the wall a bit and using the standing fan from the second bedroom to blow the cooler air that the wall unit was producing into the master bedroom helped. The owners have done a great job updating the place, and when they have the funds I do think a good long-term investment for the owners would be a central AC unit, but even in a record heatwave we were able to get by ok. We had some things we needed to communicate with the owners about during our stay and they were very responsive. Their customer service skills are top notch.

Clean, comfortable & private!

My group was meeting in Spokane to watch the Griz game together. The home was perfect for our group of 4. Check in was super easy and the home was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. The location was easy to get to and the longest Uber ride we had was 17 minutes. The home felt very private. The owners were very responsive about a sound the ice maker was making. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very conformable. We were 8 min from Lilac lanes, 7 min from the northtown mall and 10 min from Pattison's skating ring. I will definitely stay again. The owners were more than helpful and very responsive.

The place was perfect for us: very clean, lots of parking, convenient location, and nice amenities. The hosts were incredible with their communication with us--very hospitable! We were here for our great niece's wedding and we have more great nieces and nephews in the area for future weddings. We will definitely stay here again!

We came to stay in Spokane for a concert, it was myself, my husband, our teenage son and his friend. The location was good, about 15min outside of the main city where the concert venue was. Still very busy and close to Safeway and restaurants. It was a bit noisy in the neighborhood being so close to everyone, but it felt safe. Parking was in the back of the house, very grateful for no street parking! We enjoyed the yard and BBQ, as well as the hot tub. Nice tall fence, private. The home was very clean and well kept, and the king bed was comfortable. The boys loved the bunk beds, they are full sized. Kitchen appliances all worked well, appreciated the Keurig. It got pretty warm in the home with only a single AC unit, but overall it was fine. It was in the 80s so we expected to be warm. We opened the windows at night and that helped. I wish there would have been condiments in the fridge since there is a BBQ in the yard...but otherwise I have no suggestions. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home...but the main living space is limited. It worked great for us since there were only 4 of us, and we were busy, and outside in the yard. If you are wanting a common area for gathering it would be very tight. Overall we had a great time, and would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a clean and tidy place to stay!
