The Space:

This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is on the bottom level of a historic two story 4-plex. The home has been newly renovated with brand new flooring, kitchen appliances and carpet throughout. The tall ceilings and built in archways lend to its grand and spacious design.

Everything we needed

The space is efficient but supplied easy parking, a clean space, WiFi and a place to sleep. Check in was easy. Our time was seamless. The owners checked in but we didn't need anything! An easy stay!

I really love this adorable two-bedroom condo. The modern decor and comfortable bed were much appreciated. The first floor location was perfect for visiting with older relatives and I was very excited to see the soaking tub! The kitchen was small but had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great little spot

We had a great stay in Spokane! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still in a quiet, relaxing area. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and just what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was the perfect size for my family of four. Rooms were a great size. Living area was comfy. Kitchen was very nice. Loved having two bathrooms. Great location. And owners were a pleasure to work with.

Nicely updated place

Very clean & close to downtown. It is an older home turned multi-unit vbro. Squeaky floors upstairs. Not a big deal unless the person upstairs is up when you want to sleep. Property manager was very responsive to questions & unit is nicely furnished

Beautiful, Clean, Friendly plus all the goods!

We had a 3 night stay and was pleasantly surprised at check-in. The property is nicer than it looks in the pics. Easy check-in and out process. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was a breeze for the 2 vehicles in our group. There is currently construction next door but it didn't effect our stay at all. The kitchen had all the regular VRBO items like dishes but the extras like a few seasonings, coffee & creamer, plastic wrap and more was so nice to see! We did have an issue with our rental, but the owner was super responsive and fixed the issue right away, better than we had anticipated. Will be looking at this owners properties again on our future visits to Spokane!!

Nice stay

The unit was clean and served our needs. It does not offer an outdoor area to sit and relax. Construction was in process next door. Wish we had driven towards the river before our last evening as this area looked interesting. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and could not stay & explore after supper our last night. I would stay here again.

Charming Character

Super cute 2bed 2bath unit in a four-plex. Hosts were fantastic in allowing us to check in 2 hours early as we needed to change after traveling for a wedding. We didn’t spend very much time in the unit, just there mostly to sleep. It had everything we needed, the only thing missing was a full length mirror.

Great location minutes from downtown Spokane

We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Eastern and brought our moms along. This property was so perfect. It’s super cozy and minutes from lots of great dining & shopping.

Pleasant property, shower is small

We enjoyed the location, furnishings, and overall stay at this Spokane rental. The shower head is attached with an arm that spins wildly out of control and gets the entire bathroom wet at times. Additionally, my in-laws had a hard time with the small size of the shower. Not recommended for anyone of more than small to medium body habitus. I recommend that the owners replace the shower head and install a shower in the 2nd bathroom which currently does not have shower, just a bath.
