Great place to stay and have dinner and a concert. Bed was terrible. We laid down at 11pm at night only to learn that our feet were higher than our heads because the bed was so bad. It was late and we were tired so we just tried to sleep.

Our room was spacious. The hotel feels luxurious, historical. On Friday night it got extremely busy and people had to wait for 20 min for valley parking. We just parked on the side of the road and walked in to check in. We enjoyed playing in the pool though the floor is very slippery around the pool area. My daughter had few bug bites which weren’t there before and she claimed it was bed bugs. None of us did. When we checked out, we mentioned that to the front desk and they told us we should have told them immediately. They seemed very concerned. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fancy and delicious!

Very nice place and helpful valets. However we prepaid for parking and the manager on duty refused to allow that to be credited toward our valet parking, even though it had been applied to the same bill. I’m pretty irritated by that, if only because I wasn’t surprised.
